We tried to return it when we realized how difficult it was to take down and were refused because 32 days had elapsed and their policy is 30 days and they couldn't possibly take back a &quot;used tree.&quot; We feel their treatment of us was harsh and punitive and we are now stuck with a $1400 tree our 60+ year old bodies cannot handle. Perfect to go to this time of the year, maybe not so good any other time, unless you like to do your Christmas shopping in July.
