Krispy Kreme

I thought that the service here was extremely good. Make sure you go early in the morning to get the freshest warm donuts that they have. All sort of goodies!

If you like doughnuts, this is the place you have to go in High Point. You can get Krispy Kremes in lots of area stores, but here is where you can get them fresh and hot. The selection is great, and there are coffees and drinks. Each month, there is a specialty doughnut flavor, like apple cobbler or cheesecake. The line can get pretty long in the morning, so plan ahead. Kids like to watch the doughnuts being made through the giant window. This is also very convenient to the public library, so it makes a great snack after a library visit.
