strictly shooting

ive been to strictly shooting a few time...but the 2 best places in the area are bucks and jakes...u can never go wrong with them...awesome servic great gun prices....and whitakers guns in kentucky about an hour away...that guy has more guns in his store than the military

The guys at strictly shooting are a very knowledgeable staff in which in 09/2008 Kevin rice did not even own the store so please get your facts straight before you start talking and as far as the person that supposedly got ripped on an HK the other competitor could have simple had the gun in stock longer and therefore was possibly cheaper due to the fact that prices from distributors change it could also be that the other person purchased a big package deal from hk so another case of stupidity and talking out your rear without doing your homework. i have spent more money at strictly shooting than another place around simply because the staff will help you in the right direction and sorry if your feelings got hurt by someone possibly saying something to offend you but they could have saved you allot of heart aches just like a guy in there at the same time i was in the store was wanting to shoot 380 out of a gun that requires 9 Markov round so don't take offense take a lesson

I foolishly believed the guy there when he promised me that he was already down to 10% over cost on an H&K pistol I was looking to buy. Figuring that was a fair profit for them, I bought the pistol. The next week for some reason I got online and drove by another gun dealer to find that the same pistol was priced between 10% to 15% lower (for the exact same brand new pistol) than what I bought. No real big deal except that they lied to me to make the sale. The other dealers told me that their prices were "slim deals" for them, but they were still making a profit. You know what they say; burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me. There won't be a twice. It's more the principle of being lied to than the money. Now I flat don't trust them at all.

Bought a new DXT here because it was $40 cheaper that bucks and jakes. big mistake kevin rice has no idea how to service a mathews bow he is a total clown just wants to make the sale after that you history set me out with a bow that was out of wack and told me that it was all good

These people have always been friendly to me and i can sit in there and talk with them about guns or the news and they are nice and very knowledgable about what they sell. They sell good quality guns and not the junk saturday night specials you see at a pawn shop and they sell lots of acessories, gun safes, bows, reloading supplies and have a 6 lane indoor gun range.

I wouldn't go to strictly shooting again unless the city is being overrun by flesh-eating zombies and I'm out of ammo! And then, expect to pay three times the competitor's prices. Rude and inconsiderate, they know it all while you are merely an idiot.
