Steve is an excellent inspector and we strongly recommend him to anybody looking for a good house in baltimore area. His report lists the good and bad aspects of a house and contains tips for proper care. Very nice experience.

Stephen was extremely thorough and informative during my home inspection. He took care to explain each step of process and answer my questions. He is extremely knowledgable and was able to provide a very detailed report and realistic expectations of the quality and lifespan of all the details in my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Stephen was referred to us by two independent sources as "the best home inspector in the city." We used Stephen to inspect a row house my husband and I are in the process of purchasing for our primary residence. He was incredibly thorough and rigorous in his inspection and really got into every nook and cranny of the house. He took the time to thoroughly explain all items to us and discuss suggested repairs/corrections. He is highly competent and knowledgable. We are extremely pleased with his work and will not hesitate to refer friends and family to him.

Thanks to Stephen's thorough inspection, we walked away from a seemingly solid, but poorly maintained house, and found a far better home. As first-time home buyers we really appreciated his detailed explanations and supplemental advice for future care. He clearly knows what he is doing and spends as long as necessary to get the job done properly. I would recommend his services to anyone. Very pleased to have him inspect two houses for us.

I have engaged Steve on four different occasions. He is prompt and very thorough. As a former architect, he is very familiar with all aspects of a home. He will inspect every inch of a home and give you a lengthy, detailed report. And then he will explain each item and why or why not you may choose to make an issue of any of them.

Steve's pricing is reasonable and his work is superior. I believe that a home inspection is the best investment a buyer can make and I believe that Steve is one of the best you can hire to do it.

Stephen did our home inspection and we were happy with the job. He allotted enough time for the inspection and did a very thorough job. He gives great tips about home maintenance and repair which is especially good to the novice homeowner. I highly recommend him.
