Goff Heat Cooling & Duct Cleaning

I run a local business and when I became unhappy about being asked to pay my bill before their work was finished, the head manager Dale, threatened to hit me! I have banned him from setting foot on my property and would not use this company again under any circumstance.

I had been on a all day search for a vertical heating thermastat to mount on the wall. I stopped by Goff Heat to see if they had a part to sell. The lady that greeted me was very nice! She looked up the information and they didnt carry a vertical part. What she did do though was think about me as a customer! She suggested two different stores to call or go by that might carry the heating thermostat. I thought this was great! She gave me helpful information plus directions to the nearest store. I would recommend this store just because of the wonderful way I was treated even though I didn't spend any money there. GREAT customer service!

PROS: Friendly home town big on service!
CONS: It's located off the beaten track but worth stopping in!
