Hometown Pharmacy is small in appearance but big on prescriptions. I drove to all the other well known pharmacies, looking for certain prescriptions, no one had them except for Hometown! That happened twice. Now I know who to count on for having prescriptions that no one else has. The staff is friendlier than all the others too. They are much quicker filling your scripts, you can actually wait for them and it takes minutes rather than 1/2 hr to hours.

Located in the Genesys building on Baldwin road behind Meijer, this pharmacy is the best hands down. Very professional and courteous service. If you go to a chain pharmacy, you can guarantee waiting at least 30-60 minutes. Not here....you are in and out in 5 minutes or less. If you see one of the Dr's in the building, they will fax your rx's down and they will be waiting for you when you are ready to leave. If you have no insurance coverage, they are by far the cheapest place to get your drugs. My grandfather was paying $150 at another pharmacy and when he switched to this one, he saved $100! The pharmacists know their stuff and are there to help people, not make a profit.
