Eyes of Westwood

I went to this place because it was closest to my work place that accepted my insurance. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. I went here twice... once to fix a broken pair of glasses and then once more to get my contact lens fitted. On the positive side, the office is clean and professional looking and the staff helpful enough... Dr Doyle himself takes great care in treating your eyes... however, I wasnt impressed when they said there was a refitting charge everytime I changed brands/type of lenses... I know many doctors would do it for free as part of follow-up... so now I am stuck with daily-lenses because I dont wanna spend an extra 50 bucks refitting myself with monthlies...

Overall good but could be more transparent.
