I bought a Dodge Dart from this dealership a few months back and had a great experience. My salesman was Dan Carl. He was straight-forward and didn't give me the run-around. The woman I spoke to in the Internet Department was also very informative - plus I was able to get special internet pricing just because I scheduled my testdrive. I recommend this dealership.

cherry hill mitsubshi is the worst dealership I ever went to in my 30 years of buying cars. They lied to me then got verbally abuses to me in front of my grandchildren and wife,they promise me one deal and when we went to sign they changed it, when i refused the changed deal they said get out in front of a showroom full of people. i went outside to wait for my car and the manager came out twice to verbally attack me again. the owners of this company will see my anger as I will notify mitsubshi on monday. and file a complaint with bbb. if you cant do the deal you said then why be verbally attack someone so unprofessional' the manager there has no right to be in charge of a customer relations type business. read reviews and you will see it has happen to a lot of others. bait and switch tactics.

Kia of Cherry Hill has terrible customer service and unknowledgable staff. I felt discriminated against and its a very uncomfortable setting. They offered me a lease package of 400 a month on a 20,000 vehicle. Never once mentioned the rebates they had or what my vehicle was being appraised for. Kia of Turnersville is amazing and gave me the same vehicle for $160.00 less a month, one day after my visit in Cherry Hill. Kia of Cherry Hill tries to scam you!!!!!!!!

Everyone went to great lengths to help me get what I wanted in a car...I bought a 2008 Outlander in March 2009. I went through several sales people and then I ended up working with Mike Kehl. He's a great salesman! The first one that I could actually reach on the phone! I am very happy with my new car! I was very pleased with Tom and how he handled all the paperwork and details of the sale.
While I was signing all the papers my car was cleaned up for me to take home!! I'm still working on the streaks on the inside windows...I don't know if they used a rag that had wax on it or what!
Jimmy in the service department was very knowledgeable and handled everything that needed to be done on a return visit 2 weeks later.

Who ever know something as great as buying your first car would be such a horrible experience, thanks to the CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX. After I purchased my 2007 dodge I recognized that it had major cosmetic damage to the exterior body. However, it could have been solved by just detailing the car, something they refused to do. My husband and I went in to the Dodge dealership looking to possibly purchase a used minivan. Much to our surprise we drove home that night with a BRAND NEW van for an awesomely LOW price! We were told we could be offered such a great deal because we had awesome credit. People bad mouth this place because they go in there with poor credit and expect the world based on what they heard on tv.. You have to have common sense when it comes to these things. Do you really think they are going to be able to sell a car to you with a poor credit score? They can't find anyone to finance it for a low price, it's no ones fault but the person with the poor credit! Our salesman was awesome and when we would take it in for maintenance, and a minor adjustment on washer fluid hose we had no problem and were treated great! No hassles, no problems, and the staff was VERY courteous! We plan to return in a few months for another new vehicle and have no hesitations in our decision.

I took my 2005 Spectra in and was horrified to find it needed a new tranny at 8,000 miles. They had it for 4 months!!! I'll never go there again .. EVER!!!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I went there to test drive a vehicle and as I was driving the 'check engine' light came on. I brought it to the salesmans attention and he brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. Also, the commercials are nothing but lies. Can something be done about false advertisement?! They should be shut down!!

I went in for an oil change something so simple I thought! Huh! I came home my car was leeking and I called to complain and they said they could do nothing for me. I was so upset the customer service is horrible. I would not go back.

Stay away!!!! This group of dealerships is bad! Their commercials are all lies! If you go there, they pressure you so much into making a purchase! They hound you and follow you around the lot like a hawk watching its' prey! Their prices are ridiculous, and they do not know anything about the cars they're selling. Avoid this place, as there are many other dealerships who know what they're doing!
