This place is GREAT! I have had two of my trucks sent to Da-Les, both times I have never had a problem and they did a great job setting me up with a rental car. The replairs were made quickly and the end result was like nothing ever happened. These guys know what they are doing.

I smashed up my new prius and was devastated. I called up sunnyvale toyota to get it fixed and the dealer said to get it fixed at da-les. it took 3 days to get the insurance to inspect the vehicle and the insurance rep said it would take 3 weeks to fix. 2 weeks later i got a call that my car was done. when i arrived it looked better than before the accident. i highly recommend this shop, they even washed the car in and out for me

Da-Les is a gem. The service is out of this world and the repairs were perfect. Everyone there is so helpful in explaining the process. My first car I took there was a total loss and they helped me more then my insurance company on what would happen from the tear down to complete the estimate to final payment. This time they got to repair my car and it is PERFECT.Thanks for all your help

Recently i got my car repaired there. Initially i was not satisfied with the repair but then mike contacted me and he made every possible efforts to fix the issue and made me satifiesd. Very efficient perosn. I would definetly recommend them.

I have taken all my cars to Da-Les AUTO BODY for over 20 years and have referred them to all my friends and family. THEY are a class act and treat every one with excellent customer service. The quality of there workmanship is far better then any shop for hundreds of miles. I love the way they handle my insurance company and always kept me updated on the repair process.
A+ shop and when I picked up my car it was cleaner then they day I bought it brand new from a dealership.Full service detail was not expected at all.

The cost is always as it should be and they take all of the work out of having body work done. Very Professional company to work with. I would recommend them for any and all body and paint work. I always get a complete estimate and the cost has never overcharged cost. Very satisfied.

AMAZING SERVICE AND REPAIRS

I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS REFERRED TO DA-LES BY MY DEALERSHIP. I WAS VERY UNFAMILAR WITH THE PROCESS OF REPAIRS. HOWEVER THE STAFF AT DA-LES IS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY ESTIMATOR TOOK THE TIME TO SIT ME DOWN AND EXPLAIN THE REPAIR PROCESS STEP BY STEP. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR LOOKED AMAZING WHEN I PICKED IT UP. THANK YOU DA-LES AUTO BODY.

Da-Les Auto Body does Quality work

We brought in our Ford Expedition in for repair. They did an awesome job, I expected 3/4 of the work done. They surprised me by fixing the whole side! They just did it out of the goodness of they heart. They did a stellar job, we couldn't be happier.
Gabriel was our estimator he rocks. He listened to our concerns, promised that they wanted to take their time and do a really good job for us. They did take their time and the results were worth the wait.
This shop is all about quality, he is an excellent communicator.
They have a customer for life.
I would highly recommend them.

A+++++++ is what I have to say about my experience with the staff and faclity of DA-LES auto body. They are such a world class business with the experience and knowledge I have been searching for. They handled my accident as if it was there car and kept me informed through out the repair proces. The owner even came out to meet me......That is rare these days. I will refer all to this Body shop if ever in need.

Da-Les is the best. They have worked on more than one of my trucks and done an outstanding job each time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I often do. Courteous, professional, clean and thorough are just a few of the qualities you will get from Da-Les Auto Body.
Thanks again for the follow up calls and the dedication to perfection. My trucks are always detailed and look better than new when I get them back. It is comforting to know that we can take our vehicles to a shop we can trust.
