I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Cheng and her staff since we began going to her over 8 years ago. She and her staff are as patient and understanding with my children as any one can be. They explain exactly what they are going to do to me and my children and calm their fears. I will continue with Dr. Cheng until my children are old enough to transfer to Dr. Howell who happens to be in the same building.

would recommend this office to anyone with children

just left Hemann and Chengs office with three calm, happy children. After previous experiences that were horrible and left my children fearing the dentist at other offices, the staff, hygentists and dentists were incredible! They explained things to my kids, had fun with them and left them feeling good about coming back. I am pleased with their care, and will not again hesitate to drive the 40 miles to have them treat our children.

Not very happy with staff and Dr. Cheng. they treated my children bad and they treated me even worse. very rude and unprofessional. the staff at Dr. Cheng office basically do not care about their patients and I guess they do not want happy customers. they are not the people I like to deal with.

This is the first time I ever write something bad about anybody.. but I felt that I have to take few minutes and let all people that are interested know my feelings. I had very bad experience at Dr. Cheng's office. the staff were very rude to us and my kids too. I was very surprised to hear that they even treated my kids very bad. This is going to be my last time I take them to Dr. Cheng office. they basically yelled at us and accused us of not showing up to the appointment eventhough they never called to remind us..

She is a Taiwanese dentist specialized in Children's health. But she also has a lot of Taiwanese and Chinese adult patients. I have experiences with at least three dentists around here and I think she is the best. I often went to her for a regular cleansing. It is already comfort and quick. (I went to the other one who also had a good reputation. But that experience was horrible. Painful and bleeding!) The only shortage is you won't get a free treatment if you only have UI student insurance.
