Poor quality product and feet dragging run-around service! I purchased a new 2010 CrossTour and have already had it in twice for warrantee issues. The worst part is my engine is clacking and nobody can seem to either diagnose or cope with it. I too an getting the run around and will probably need to invoke the lemom law on this poorly constructed vehicle from Ohio. I just want give it back! :-(

I would highly recommend this dealership and if you are a single lady, there is some good eye candy there as well:) Bought two cars from them and have had nothing but great service since.I would recommend asking for Mike Spotts for your sales needs. He was very professional and thorough with the whole car buying process. Got a great deal and love my new Honda!!

After calling and waiting forever to get an answer. Finally an untrained person answered that couldn't help me at all with a simple request for a door handle. Frustrated with the time spend I decided to call Ralph Schomp. When I called it was answered quickly. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. When I arrived there they even went outside and installed it for me. That to me is great customer service. I now drive a bit further to go to Ralph Schomp!!!

We found a preowned vehicle at Mile High Honda that we loved. They made us an offer, both verbally and in writing, and after a little while and research we decided to accept. When we went to purchase the car, we noticed that the price on the contract was $3000 more than what they had offered. Fortunately we caught their error, but they would not stand by their original lower offer. They said they had made a mistake and could not sell the car for that much. After spending over 6 hours trying to purchase the car, we decided that no matter what they offered it would not be good enough to keep our business and we would NEVER trust them or give them our money! Our advice to you is to stay away, and go somewhere else where they won't cheat you out of your money. They are only their for the sale and they are completely unethical car sales people.

Because my experience with MILE HIGH HONDA is so tragically lengthy, above is a link to a blog I wrote on them. In short, they sold me a car that had suffered major damage THAT COULD NOT BE SEEN which they knew about and hid from me. I tried to "undo" the sale the very next day; they refused and I've been in a battle with them since. They are unethical, unprofessional and they committed fraud and moral turpitude. GO ELSEWHERE!

I am earnestly searching for the newest owner of the crashed car which was sold to me... as the owner has every right (and need) to have this information is his possession.

You can find better Car deals elsewhere.
Service I agree with the other comment. The service people are polite and get the job done in reasonable time. Other problems one of my co-workers brought the car in for some routine maintenance 100,000 miles and got it back leaking oil like crazy. Her husband had been sick use to be a mechanic and take car all the autos. Believe me it didn??t leak oil before this. She parks in a reserved space at work and there was never any oil there. They know it was sabotage for sure.
I brought my 2001 Honda Civic in and they said it needed a new stunt 40,000 miles ??find. I got the car back with the steering wheel cocked at 2 o??clock when driving straight down the road. More recently 10/08 I brought the car in for a free battery check. It needed a new battery - find I dropped one off and they put it in no charge. Three weeks later some electric controlling device when out blew the engine 92,000 miles ??come on I thought these cars were good for at least 150,000 miles. I think it was sabotaged. Cost $3000 for a new used engine. Nothing on a trade in. I looked at the Civic and Fits and they were marked up $2000 over sticker. I said what this ??they said supply and demand.
Well good luck at Mile High Honda on Havana Street.

I purchased my first Honda from Mile High in 1989 and have been a loyal customer ever since! Since that time, I have purchased 2 Honda Accords and an Acura Legend from Mile High and felt I was treated fairly each and every time. The employees make you feel like you are part of the family. The service department greets you by name and always fixes the problem the first time I take it in. Thank you Mile High for being the last car dealership I ever have to wander into.

I would not recommend buing a car from these guys, unless you like loosing sleep due to knowing you could have gotten a better deal some where else and saved a lot of money. STAY AWAY!!!!!! there are a lot of better deals and dealers out there.

After buying my car from mile high I felt as though I was tricked and guilted into buying.

Mile High Honda has a great Service Center. Every time I go there the staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, and respectful. They do great repair work and they always give me a complimentary car wash. They always finish thier work on time too. Their prices are probably comparable to other dealerships but they are probably more expensive than independent repair shops. I think it's worth it to pay a little more and be confident that I'm getting quality service.
