While I recognize that your review came from several years ago, I would still like to inform you that you did not obtain your bedroom set from Foamcraft, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis.

Foamcraft is a polyurethane foam fabricator who supplies foam cushioning, in your case the foam within the bed, and other raw materials. We do not distribute bedroom sets from any manufacturers, but rather supply bedding manufacturers with high quality polyurethane foam.

We apologize for the confusion, and would be more than willing to point you to another manufacturer when you might be in need again.

We bought a bedroom set ($1,600) from them made by Palliser. It looks really great and stylish but once you start paying attention to how it's all put together you start to understand that it won't last you long and that it has been a 100% waste of money. We have only had it for two weeks and it needs fixing already.
