The apartment townhouses are a very large size for the price ~1300 sq feet with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1.5 bath, half finished basements, free w/d with townhouse and many updated appliances and flooring.

The management is timely in responding to repairs if necessary and also very concerned about noise in the adjacent apartment townhouses. For the most part you can not hear things in the adjacent apartments, however, the basements are connected and have very little insulation to noise in the unfinished part of the basement, so when viewing one apartment with a dog in the apartment behind the one we looked at, I could hear their dog barking very loud. I did not rent that apartment after hearing that dog. However, they have "dog" buildings and "cat" buildings, so if you had a dog, the dogs could bark together and you might not have a problem. I can't stand dogs, so I moved to the quiet side with none around.

The management is timely in solving tenant noise issues. I made a complaint the first week I moved in due to very loud music, people and noise at 3am on a Sunday, I had to work, but did not want to call police first. I have not heard the neighbors since that incident and didn't have to involve police, the apartment management handled without further incident. They advised me to call police next time and call them to notify them of the incident. They have no tolerance for excessive noise in their community.

The floors squeek, but the place is old. You can hear the neighbors walking if they walk loud or bang things in the main floor, so if you are very sensitive to noise, then this place might not be for you. If you are used to walking sounds and no one is home with you... then it's fine. It sometimes feels like someone else is in the apartment with you, even though it might just be you. It was creepy at first being in the basement hearing that, but I got used to it.

The walkways are always clean after snowfall and I have heard snowblowers at 5am, so they are very proactive on winter weather issues. They plow their walkways with 4 wheelers as well, going along putting salt down as well. Our steps have only once been blocked by a snow drift and that was when the snow wouldn't stop. The management is always pleasant when called and they have a great indoor/outdoor pool, fitness and area for children.

Overall I think this is a very nice place to be if you have to live in an apartment community. I have never lived in Lansing but rather outside in the small communities around it, but I have enjoyed my stay in their apartments. I would rate them one of the top places I have lived and I have been in many apartments in many towns and cities.

The townhomes from this apartment complex is nicely sized. With 2 bedrooms on the top floor, living, dining, and kitchen in the first floor and half finished and half unfinished basement.

They also allow certain types of dogs on property.

The only unfortunate thing is that owners sometimes do not take care what their pets left behind.

They're also good at responding to maintenance request (except when related to eliminating strange animals in your apt - such as a bat)

Located on Jolly road it is about 3 minutes away from 127 and close by to fast food restaurants and gas stations.
