We went here and found a lot of interesting and unusual items. We bought a few silver charms, flattened a couple pennies and took home a t-shirt. Reasonable prices but there is lots of folks you may have to wait .

The Alamo is a piece of Texas history that many people have read about, but have never seen. It is worth the trip to the culturely rich city of San Antonio to see this historic building that has been very well preserved. It is open 9-5 pm most days, and is only closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas. The gift shop is located right in the Alamo complex, and offers many replicas, Christmas ornaments, and flags from the time.
