Heaven Spa

My friend treated me to a day at the spa as a bridal gift. She did her research and from all of the good reviews, she chose this spa. It was an OKAY spa. I've been to a couple of spas and I've never had to pay before hand, which was a turn off. Another turn off was the paper thin robe that was given to us. I think for as much $$ they charge, they can at least upgrade to terry cloth robes. The staff was very friendly and the services were good. We had lunch in the lounge area which I was another turn off. I thought they could have at least brought us to another room. My friend was waiting for her facial for 30 mins before anyone had told her that her facial lady took the wrong person. She wasn't too mad until she had to sit and wait in the lounge area a second time! No one told her what was going on until she walked up front to find out herself. The receptionist seem annoyed that she had asked her. There was no apology for the mix up at all! They did give her a coupon for her next visit. Would I go back?....No.

This was a real gem of a Spa. The party they put together for us was perfect in every way and the staff could not have been more accomodating.The quality of the services is awesome as is the food and the total ambiance.I would rate Heaven Spa a perfect 10!

What a glorious Day Spa. I have rarely been so impressed with any business as I am with Heaven Spa. The services were delightful,the food was superb and the massage,facial,manicure, and everything else were in a class by themselves.

What a treat! Our party was held at Heaven Spa last week and it could not havce been more terrific.
The spa is gorgeous,the staff was just so accomodating and the therpaits-well they took us all on aguided trip to HEAVEN!!

Speaking of elegance and professionalism-Heaven Spa sets a new standard in every category. We had our bachelorette party yesterday and I cannot thank everyone at Heaven Spa for making this the best day of the year for all of us. The place is fab,the staff incredible and the entire experience was awesome. If there is a better Spa anywhere then please tell me so I can visit it. I am in awe of this great Spa.

I had my first appointment (of many!) today at Heaven Spa. I am new to the area and not only did I get stuck in terrible traffic, I got lost. I was 30 min late for my appointment. I was warmly greeted and no one made me feel bad for being so late. I was treated to a wonderful relaxing facial by Janice and even though I was late, I was not rushed and my time was not cut short. They definitley have a customer for life now!

What a special Spa. We had my daughters bachelorette party at Heaven Spa this past Saturday and it was like a dream come true. The staff did a sensational job putting together all of the special services,the brunch and the reception in their lovely lounge. We had such a great time. The services were all just incredible and especially the massages and facials. Even the makeup "artist" that they brought in (Chrissy) was super. They arranged the flowers and fruit baskets with such skill. I cannot say enough about this wonderous day spa. I need to especially thank Christina and Irina for all of the work they did in making this such a special day.

We had my sisters bachelorette party here last Saturday,and what a sensational time we all had. The spa,the services,the staff all were just amazing. We had their gourmet spa brunch and after the glasses of champagne we felt like the name states-we are in Heaven. Having been to many spas throughout my life,I didn't really know what to expect when we arrived at Heaven Spa. Well my expectations were surpassed,even trounced by the splendid services at this spa. The spa is just what we wanted, and the massage with Valedear was incredible,as was the skin care and facial with Tanya. If there is any complaint I have it is that the Spa needs to be opened 24 hours a day so we could stay there forever. Having read so many reviews about this and other spas, I am always somewhat skeptical,but you may take my word-this is a Spa from Heaven. We adored the lounge and the wonderful food and drinks. The entire experience was so enjoyable that we have decided to have our law firms yearly party at Heaven Spa in July.

I visited for the first time on a recent weeknight, and frankly was disappointed. I live in the city and have also lived in NYC and Los Angeles, so perhaps my expectations were higher, but I am NOT a competitor looking to mar the reputation of this spa, perhaps it's better on the weekends, I just think clients should be aware of what I encountered. I wanted a nice relaxing spa visit and could not get an appointment in time at my spa in the city, so after reading citysearch and the spa website, I decided to try it. Admittedly, I was not thrilled to find the locaton in the basement of a fairly vacant out of the way shopping center and the decor is definitely outdated, but the prices were reasonable, so I did not think too much about this. However, as soon as I entered the spa I was immediately told I had to pay the final bill -- not greeted or asked how I was, had my services confirmed, etc. and even though I volunteered that I was a first time guest, I was not asked if I needed any assistance, wanted a robe, a drink, etc. Although customarlily I have paid at the end (it seemed a little desperate and did not make me feel confident as a first time visitor), I asked to confirm the services as the price seemed low, and they had in fact forgotten one item. Then the front desk attendant just told me to go back through the maze of hallway and I would see the lounge -- even though 3 people were hanging around the desk doing nothing, no one bothered to escort me , show me where the locker room/restrooms were or ask if I needed anything. My facial/massage was OK-- nothing spectacular, although when I went to the locker room after, I still had pieces of the mask all over my face and the people at the front desk for chatting so loudly that it defintely ruined the serene relaxing environment. The locker room was pretty sparse, unclean and no frills as well. Overall I thought it was mediocre -- not bad enough to ask for a refund but not spectacular enough to return.

This Spa is wonderful!
I treated Mom to a day at Heaven Spa (with me of course), and it was wonderful.
The staff helped me choose great services, and super massage therapists and a great esthetician for both me and my mother.
The facial with Tatiana was amazing and the massage with Bianca just perfect.
I really needed to wrtie this and thank everyone for everything.

Simply awesome.
Just when I felt that I could not find a great spa-I found Heaven!
My daughter booked a day at Heaven for both of us and what a perfect gift.
The massage I had was so superb-I need to thank Tina for this. Having a 70 hour work week left me in knots-Tina removed not only the knots but all my tension and stress. The facials with Janice was equally as good-my skin hasn't looked like this in years.
The food was gourmet and the spa is exactly what the name states-Heaven. I just finished booking my office party in April at Heaven Spa. I certainly cannot wait to see the reaction of 20 stressed out lawyers after haing a day at this spa.

Coming to Philly from Lancaster my daughter and I booked a day at Heaven Spa not knowing much more than what we read in the reviews. Well the reviews don't even do this marvelous Spa justice. I have never had better services in any Spa. The facials and massages that we had left us glowing. The service was great and the Spa itself is just delightful. I especially enjoyed their lounge and the steam showers. The food was excellent as was the music. Thanks for a great day!

Thta's what I felt like yesterday after leaving Heaven Spa-I was floating on air!
The services were just what I needed and the way they arranged our schedule to have all of us eating together and serviced at the same times was really really nice. My skin feels like a baby after the facial with Tanya, and Melody said her massage with Bianca was simply marvelous.
I enjoyed everything about Heaven Spa and for sure we will be returning as often as possible.

Coming from California to Philly, I had no idea what to expect when booking our appointments at a Day Spa. Well the guessing is over,Heaven Spa has proven to me that it is the equal (maybe even superior) to any comprable Spa I have been to. I have spent years being a Spa connoisseur, and after countless visits all over the world to Spas I must say that the services,quality of staff and ambiance found at Heaven Spa really equalled (or surpassed) anything I have ever experienced.
I adored Janice and Tiffany-especially the myofascial work! My back has not felt this good in years.

What a terrible feeling!! I never wanted to leave this Spa-but unfortunately I had to! This was a lovely experience and after finding this miracle Spa I know where I will be spending all of my money and my spare time. The facial with Chris was world class as was the massage with Yvonne. I have never tried reiki before and what a difference it made for me. My skin has not looked this good since I was a teen-thanks to the microdermabrasion with Chris.
If you're looking to treat yourself,or anyone, to a very very special day this is the place to go. The prices are very reasonable and the result of the treatments left me in Heaven.

Tell me this is not real? I cannot rave enough about the fantastic services that we all had last weekend at Heaven Spa. Me especially, having myself amazed at the best massage and best facial I have ever experienced. Brian is in a league of his own as far as massage techniques go and the facial with Tatiana was also in a world of its own. Her touch was like an Angel! My female associates can not stop thanking me for treating the entire staff to a Day in Heaven. This was the best idea for a staff party we have ever had!

Well this Day Spa has it all. I have rarely been so impressed with any businesses quality of services as I am by Heaven Spa. The facials with Laura (and then with Tanya) were amazing. The massage (I adore Yvonne) is remarkable and the entire experience at Heaven Spa leaves you feeling wonderful. I indulged myself and splurged for their brunch and that also was just wonderful.
Being a business owner myself I must say that this Spa as a business model is perfect. I can find so flaws in anything they do-maybe the only flaw is they are not open 24 hours a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want the very best-this is it. I have been going to Spas for many years and have been going to Heaven Spa now since they opened. I can tell anyone that there are no better experts doing treatments than Tatiana and Tiffany. I do have to say that all of the other staff members at Heaven Spa are also superb. I cannot imagine any Spa having a more professional and accomodating group of people than Heaven. I also need to say that the Spa is absolutely delightful and with their new additions it really is the only Spa anywhere in this area that can offer such a variety of services with such expertise. Even Dr. Mansoury (their doctor) is world class.
We had my best friend's bachelorette party at Heaven Spa a few weeks ago and what a sensational job the Spa did for us.

I have had chronic back problems for years and finally (thank g-d) I found Valedear and Heaven Spa. After three visits to Valedear and the Spa I feel like a new person. I have no more back pain,I am able to function normally! This is an amazing Spa and Valedear is one of a kind. I know why he was voted the best massage therpaist in Philly.I have also tried the facials (with C.L.) and many other services that Heaven Spa offers. All have been the best. They really have an uncanny ability as to how to deal with clients and their specific needs.

Don't know how to thank Heaven Spa for making our anniversary such a memorable event. I guess the best way is to wrtie this review,and of course to keep going to the Spa and telling everyone how sensational it is.

This was the most enjoyable spa experience we have ever encountered. Having been to dozens of spas both here and across America,I can honestly say that it doesn't get any better than Heaven Spa. Yes,that is exactly what we experienced-a glorious and enchanting experience at Heaven Spa.
My daughter and I had the time of our life with all of the services and especially with the friendly and very qualified staff of therapists.
I have rarely felt so relaxed as I did when I left the Spa. Allsion (my daughter) said that her experience was the same. We are both addicted and will be returning often.

My experiences at Heaven Spa have been nothing but fabulous. I started going to this Spa about 2 years ago, and have tried almost all of the services and therapists that they offer. I started with massages (Yvonne) and am extremely happy with this. The waxing services are also excellent, and the facials (Tatiana) are relaxing and incredible. Maya gives a fabulous pedicure, and I am going to try to get another massage the next time I am in. Last week when I was having a facial, one of the employees offered me a free chair massage that relieved some of the stress in my shoulders. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for the very BEST!

After many spa visits throughout this area I have discovered what I now know is the ultimate spa.
I have tried many services at other spas only to be either disappointed or not overwhelmed by the quality. Well that has changed. I found Brian's massage technique in a class of its own, and the facial with Laura was superb. I had a manicure and pedicure with Rena that was also superb. The spa is really terrific and with their new changes (as they showed us) this is an unbeatable combination of talent,services and location.

I came here to visit Carla (my best friend from college), and we both decided to have a Spa Day. Well we certainly choose the absolute best Day Spa that either one of us has ever visited. The staff helped us choose great services with sensational people doing all of the treatments. I adored my massage with Yvonne and Carla was blown away with her facial and body treatments. What a sensational experience. I came to Philly to visit my in-laws for the holidays and had the distinct pleasure of being treated (with my wife) to a day at Heaven Spa. This is really a classy Spa. I have been to many spas and I must say this was as good,if not better, than any Day Spa I have ever been to.The therapists were all very very talented and the staff was very accomodating. My husband and I decided to treat my mother to a day at the spa. We searched all over for the perfect place and decided to send her to Heaven. This was the best decision we ever made.
The place is amazing,the staff helped us put together a day package fror Mom . She has not stopped raving about this gift sicne she came home. She adored Isabella and Chris. She said the food was fabulous and everything she experienced could not have been done better.

and Heaven doesn't live up to its name. After reading all the rave reviews, my husband and I were so excited to try the spa. The pictures on their website should have clued us in to the fact that this place is sub-par. The staff is perfectly friendly and accommodating (we got lost on the way and showed up 15min. late and were still treated to our full 50min. massages). However, our treatments were nothing more than ordinary at best. The decor is horrific and out-dated. The "locker rooms" were hardly that and they weren't very spa-like. No steam room or sauna. All in all, we're baffled by all the glowing reviews. Either these people don't know what it's like to go to a real spa, or they're fake posts by members of the staff and their friends.

Don't often write reviews,but after our "Day in Heaven" I have no other choice but to tell anyone willing to listen that this was a marvelous experience. This Spa has it all. The facial (with Laura), the massage (with Brian) ,and the manicure (Maya) ,as well as the brunch were all first rate. I cannot imagine a more seductive and charming enviornment anywhere. The spa is tranquil and serene as their ads state. I would live there if I could. I especially loved the lounge with their music and candles.

If anyone had told us about Heaven Spa we might not have believed that such a glorious Spa existed,and right in our backyard!!
I adored my facial and massage, and my friend was overwhelmed with her treatments.The staff was great and made us feel at home. We had their Spa brunch with Champagne and that also was perfect.

Incredible and amazing is all we can say. After receiving a gift certificate to Heaven Spa for our anniversary my wife and I went there this past Sunday for what proved to be the Day of our life. The Spa is fabulous,the services are just perfect and the place has a magic to it that is hard to describe.

My mother treated me to a facial and massage at Heaven just prior to the birth of my son. I have had several facials over the years, but this was by far the best. Days after, my skin still looked and felt great and I received several compliments. Never have I had a facial maintain such lasting results. The pregnancy massage was also terrific.
I got very lost trying to find the spa and arrived 15 minutes late, flustered and eight months pregnant! The staff was very understanding and accomodating and my stress was instantly eliminated. I appreciated not getting an attitude, as is common in many spas.
My only regret is that I live in Virginia and cannot visit more often! I'm hoping they can squeeze me in while I'm in town over the holidays!

I too am upset with the phony reviews that I have seen posted about this Spa. I cannot recommend any Spa more highly then Heaven Spa.
I have been a client for over one year and have nothing but rave reviews to say about everyone working at Heaven Spa, and especially the superb crew of therapsists.
I spoke with the owners of Heaven Spa a few days ago after seeing these reviews and offered to write this on their behalf.
If there is a better Spa anywhere please let me know. I have tried almost every Spa in this area and elsewhere and find Heaven Spa to be "outstanding" in every aspect.
