I felt like I was in another world after our day at Heaven Spa. The staff could not have been more accomodating and the services,well to put it in a nutchell-sensational!!
I cannot thank Christina and Becky enough for helping me plan this surpirse and the entire staff of Heaven Spa is to be thanked for a marvelous experience.

I am an consummate spa enthusiast and feel totally qualified to review all spas. Heaven Spa, where my wife and I went last weekend, is superb in every aspect. There is nothing I can find to criticize, and all we can both do is rave about this superb Spa. Tatiana and Valedear gave us both the best facial and massage we have experienced anywhere! We adored the spa brunch and the great relaxing atmosphere. The only fault we could find was that we couldn't stay longer-we would have stayed here FOREVER!!

I have never enjoyed better treatments anywhere/anytime. I have been an avid spa goer for years and just discovered this miracle of a spa. The myofascial work with Brain left me speechless,and then to top it off Tatiana's facial was out of this world-straight from Heaven.
This is the best Spa I have ever been to.

It can't possibly get any better than Heaven Spa. My co-workers and I had the great fortune to spend the day at Heaven Spa this Sunday and what a fabulous time we all had. Everything was done to perfection. The massages were amazing and so were the facials and manicures.

I can't thank the staff of Heaven Spa enough for the incredible manner in which they pulled off the surprise party for our daughter's bachelorette party. Everything went so smoothly.The services were just perfect and the Spa looks amazing.

Amazing and classy is the best way to describe our day in Heaven. The staff was fabulous in the way they scheduled everything.The Massages ,facials and manicures were all done perfectly and the brunch was delicious.

As a traveler, I Visit many spas, but the one I favor most is in my hometown. This place has the best massage, facials and nail services. I usually get my facials with Susan, and she knows just what to do with my skin to leave it fresh and rejuved. My massage is usually with Valedear or Rebecca, which has strong hands for those days when I crawl into the spa and cannot move. The atmosphere could not be more friendly, when I am greeted by a spa hostess, which is always ready to help me with anything I need. The atmosphere in this spa is excellent. I love this place. Keep up the great work.

Talk about sensational!
This is the Spa for every other Spa to be compared to.
I can't rave enough about the superb technicians and the appearance of this Spa. The bamboo,waterfalls,stones and music make this such a great experience.
Don't foget about the incredible parking facility-for free!!

I trekked to Jenkintown on a thursday night to experience the "Best" spa for a facial. I was rushed back and left in a comfortable room but the service room was disoraganzied and messy.My esthetician was well educated but the constant staff conversation in the hallway was annoying. The worst was the front desk personnel made me feel I was interupting them by buying products and proceeded to discuss closing numbers before I had even been rung up. They litterally shoved my bag at me and demanded my payment. Dont expect a friendly smile,a goodbye or the option of rebooking. I dont expect i'll go back, service makes a place good not articles.

This is truly a remarkable experience. This spa has managed to do something I didn't think was possible-to knock my socks off with incredible services,great ambiance and the best facial and massge I have ever had.

I was disappointed with my services at heavenspa. my massage was painful at times and left me sore the facial felt rushed and my pedicure was rushed. the pedicurist was late and I was left sitting. overall not satisfied

I have been to Heaven Spa a couple of times now and Valedear gives one of the best massages ever! I plan to go back regularly to see him.
Cons--the pedicure. I felt rushed...done in a 1/2 hour...also, there are signs everywhere that say not to use cell phones and the woman who did my pedicure was on her cell phone with what she said was her other job! I thought that it was rude and not appropriate when someone is paying to relax for a little while.
Like I said--I will still go for the massages and hopefully try a facial soon!

I have experienced some wonderful treatments at Heaven Spa that are worth sharing. Unfortunately, I have been suffering with sciatic pain for over a year and have been to doctors, had spinal injections, seen chiropractors and neuromuscular therapists, etc.. --all to no avail. For the first time, I have some hope after having several myofacial release treatments with Brian at Heaven Spa. Brian is extermely professional and knowledgable in this field that deals with connective tissue. I have had some relief, and hope to continue the treatments with him. My husband has also had some chronic hip pain and has seen Brian as well. We are both hopefully on a road to recovery, thanks to Heaven Spa and Brian. If you have a similar issue, or are just looking for an extremely good massage therapist, Brian is a must! Thanks Heaven Spa!

Truly a professional and exhilerating Spa experience. I went to Heaven Spa with my sisters and all of us adored our experiences. The staff and spa are amazing. 2/18- It would have been nice when Wendy called to confirm our appointments the day prior, to inform us of the Detour for Heaven Spa exit. She was aware we were traveling from MD. Also confirmed I wanted to talk to her in more detail about a Spa Party in July for the 10-18 people.

The overall place looked nice, the manicure room I was in was right next to the entrance to the back. I had the pleasure seeing everyone who was brought in for a service. My hands were not washed prior to placing them into the paraffin wax.

Did not feel the ambiance of this Spa. Wendy did not give us the tour of the Spa as she promised. Customer service VERY DRY & LACKING! VERY AVERAGE.

Enjoyed my experience and felt like I was in Heaven. Tatiana is the best for facials. I highly recommend her. A little pricey, but worth every moment. As soon as you check in you are guided to the sitting area which is located in the back of the spa not in the front reception area. The sitting area is very relaxing and there's even a massage chair available. The receptionist is also very nice. I recommend Heaven Spa to everyone if they want to enjoy a few hours of relaxation or even a day. Haven't tried a day at the spa, but will one day.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to the spa for Valentines day this year. On the morning of our spa day we called to see if we could move our appointments up and to our surprise we were told that we no longer had appointments! The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to us and blamed us for the mistake. The next available appointment that worked for our schedule was in March which wouldn't make it much of a Valentines gift. The response to this was that they were opened seven days a week so we should be able to arrange our schedules to make it work. We then asked to speak with a manager to remove charges made to our credit card for the spa services that we did not receive and even this was an issue. Some "heavenly" experience that was.

Whta a great Spa.I've been here now over 6 times and each time gets better and better.The staff is wonderful,the services phenomenal,the prices great and everythng about Heaven Spa is Heavenly.
I cannot think of a better Spa anywhere,certainly not in Philadelphia,and belive me I've been to almost every one of Philly's Spa's-nothing can compare to Heaven Spa.

This Spa has it all together. They just seem ton have their fingers on the pulse of women (probably men also).
The entire experience is Heavenly.
