I have always had a positive experience at the Jolly Washer. It is convenient, relatively inexpensive, and consistent service. For hte past couple years, some of toe same employees have worked there and have treated me courteously and have a positive demeanor. I appreciate this. The new management have made visual improvements and hired additional employees, which seems to have improved the speed with which the interior of my vehicle was vaccuumed. In the past, I have purchased 10 washes for a discounted price for my wife's car and my own and put it to good use. They have convinced me to be a dedicated customer.

I am very excited about the new changes happening in the Jolly washer car wash. I was offered a free cup of coffee while I waited for my car. I also noticed all of the impovements being done to the interior and the outside waiting area. I had a wonderful experience and would recomend them to all my friends and family.

Pros: Making Great Changes

I went to this car wash because it was the only full-service carwash in Sonoma. I drive a black Mercedes and like to keep it pretty immaculate so every 4-5 days I fill my tank and get a full wash. They never have done too good of a job but since they are the only full service place in town I've tolerated it. Last time I went in they broke my trunk release button. I asked for the manager and as I waited I called a couple of places to get an estimate. The manager came out and immediately began to yell at me in broken English telling me how rude I was to call around and get an estimate. I left and later called the regional manager, Bill. Bill called back the next day and asked that I meet the owner at the carwash the next morning. I met with the owner who clearly let me know (while yelling at me) "I don't care how much you come here or if you ever come here again!" This just strikes me as unbelievable. I was never rude, always a gentleman and have been a very good customer for a very long time. I would never treat any of my clients like this. I host a local radio show and have a lot (and I mean A LOT) of friends in this town. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE CARWASH AND WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE IN NOVATO OR NAPA TO HAVE YOUR CAR WASHED! Important to mention that they not only own Jolly Washer Car Wash in Sonoma but also own the car wash in Santa Rosa on Mendocino Ave. THEY WILL NOT TAKE REPONSIBILITY WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND THEY DO NOT CAR AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
