Dr. Mark Reidler

I have used Dr. Reidler's office for many years. Not only is he a very personable dentist, but Dr. Reidler always took interest in how his patient to front office staff experience was. I am surprised by the low mark given earlier, but then again, you cant expect a 100% experience for everyone.

We've been going to Dr. Reidler for 5 years. We are very happy with the care we've gotten from him and his staff. They've been excellent in scheduling back-to-back visits for my wife, son, and I so we can handle everything at once for the whole family with no childcare hassles. Nice guy, good service, if you've gotta go to the dentist, its a good choice.

I'm surprised at the positive reviews Dr. Reidler's office has gotten. My experience there was certainly less than stellar. When I called for my first appointment, I was told that I would have to come in for x-rays and an examination before I could even schedule a cleaning. Not only would they not do the cleaning in the same visit, but I could not even schedule it. I have never heard of such a thing! When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes for xrays, then 10 minutes back in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes in a dilapidated exam room toward the back. That's right, i waited a total of an hour for x-rays and a 30 second exam. More disturbing still was when I realized that the exam room I was waiting in was also a record storage room, and that the cabinets were filled with hundreds (thousands?) of patient records. They are not within sight of any of the staff, so I easily could have been looking through other patients' records and information. Not very secure! When I came back a few weeks later for a cleaning, I never even saw the Dr -- just an overzealous hygienist who was NOT gentle and repeatedly tried to sell me their whitening plan. The Dr seemed nice enough himself, from the 30 seconds I saw, but the lack of cleanliness in the office and the aggressive attitude of his staff made it so that I never went back. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone to Dr. Mark Reidler for over 5 years now. He is professional, caring, and an all around great dentist. His staff is also wonderful to work with, attentive, friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have found such a great dentist.

This is a great neighborhood dentist office. They have early morning scheduling, and usually not too backed for a last minute appointment. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes for a routine cleaning. I really appreciate early morning and lunch time appointments, becasue I am able to get in and out before work, or on my hour lunch break.
