Eagle Moving

NEVER hire this company. They showed up 5 hours late, and both movers were stoned out of their minds. The owner kept promising they would show up throughout the day, but always had a new excuse when they didn't. Worst moving experience ever!

My husband and I found this company on Craigslist...we called them, they gave us a quote and we scheduled a date. The day of the move comes and they NEVER showed. When we called them, they said, "Oh, we'll call you right back." They NEVER called, and they refused to answer our calls for the rest of the day. My husband finally found another phone number for them on the internet, and when they answered, they lied and said one of their movers was injured, so they couldn't help us after all. Trust me, they were lying. But, even if they weren't, a phone call to inform us that they wouldn't be there would have been nice. We were really stuck in a jam, becuase we had to be out that day...luckily we found a different moving company who squeezed us in last minute. Do not choose Eagle Moving Co.! You will surely regret it if you do....

I confirmed an email with the following company on 2/17/09 to have 2 movers sent to my apartment on the 21st to move my couch and bed out of my apartment; when the time came for them to arrive they never came. This would not be that bad if me and my family did not have to be moved out of our current apartment by the 23rd of February. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I had a bad experience with this "moving company". I also know two other people who shared similar situations. First they showed up an hour late. He tried to tell me that we agreed upon a different time. Next they showed up in a small truck and tried to tell me that they had to make a couple of trips. When i told them no - they mysteriously got everything in the truck. They broke my table and noticed it, but didnt care. The owner changed the price on me when the moving was done because of the fact that he used three men instead of two. This is a company that doesnt care about customer service.
