We've been a loyal customer of Annes for over ten years. She has always been wonderful when it comes to service and flower arrangement quality. We own a business not to far from Annes Flowers and found their service to be very satisfactory.
I especially enjoy browsing the vast display of gift items, silk and dry floral arrangement they have, every time I an in the shop

Shop around first. Huge ripoff!!!! I bought a Calla Lilly plant in a wicker basket for over $70 when I went to re-pot the plant and took the liner pot out it had the Home Depot sticker on it for $19.98. My gut told me that the price I paid was high for that plant but I do like to support our local businesses, but this was a huge rip off!!! When I called to confirm this (which it was confirm) the flippant response was "we buy our flowers from all over, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Osh..." and the list goes on.

In this day and age where you can buy flowers in just about any supermarkets, Costcos or convenience stores it is refreshing to find a florist with traditional type of personal service and attention to details of flower arrangement such as Anne's Flowers. During the last six or so months I have used Anne' service for different occasions: congrats for one employee's baby boy, and another's baby girl, my daughter's wedding, a client's mother funeral, a friend's anniversary, and many other occasions that I don't remember at this time. In each of these occasions the staff, and especially the owner Anne have performed superbly without a glitch. As a matter of fact people whom I sent the flowers to called me and express their satisfaction with the flowers.
I am opening a corporate account with Anne's Flowers since we send flowers out almost every week. Anne informed me that she has many large companies such as Xilinx, IBM, KLA-Tencor...etc who have been with her for many years and have become satisfied customers (she showed me the appreciation letters from some of these people).
Beyond all these obvious and logical reasons I go to Anne's because I love the arrangements done here, especially by Anne herself. If you need an arrangement with a unique artistic flair for that special person I think Anne's comes pretty close to the only place you can go to within ten mile radius.
Highly recommended!

I stopped by Anne's Flowers on the way to a restaurant in Willow Glen. It was our 14th wedding anniversary and I thought a dozen roses would put a smile on my wife's beautiful face. She loved them! I chose the red ones over some lavender roses. The red ones had longer stems by nearly three inches. We had a nice dinner and I took the roses home in my car. Within 24 hours the petals on one of the roses started falling off. Within 48 hours five of the dozen roses were showing refrigerator burn. By the 72 hour mark, it was becoming apparent that three of the roses weren't even going to open. We called on Saturday to ask if we could bring the roses back and either get new ones or a different kind of flower. We were advised to come by between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. I got there at 4:07 p.m. and they were closed. The sign said Saturday hours were until 3:00 p.m. I went back on Monday and was advised that there is only a 24 hour guarantee on roses. I advised the owner that 24 hours was unacceptable for flowers that cost nearly $7.00 apiece. She offered to give me 6 new roses. Three of the original dozen had bloomed. That would make 9 roses. I asked her if this was the way she normally did business. No reply. I advised her that I would never set foot in the business again and thanked her for the $81.00 lesson. So, if you need flowers in the Willow Glen area it is my personal opinion that you'd be better off buying them at Safeway or from that elderly lady who wanders through restaurants selling them.

I placed an order on a Thursday, found out Saturday night that they were never deliverd on Fiday. Called Sunday, no answer machine and not open. Called Monday, and they realised they never placed the order, but charged me $70 for the Gerber Daisy's immediately upon ordering. Upgraded me to roses and 2 milar balloons. Roses were delived Monday fully opened with one milar ballon. I thought calling a flower shop near the delivery destination was a good idea, more and more I realise the pluses with larger compnies like flowers.com, they would have been cheaper too.
