Everyone I had contact with at Valley Auto Liquidators was very friendly and helpful. Was not a high pressure experience. Lots of action coming and going at that dealership. I would recommend your lot to anyone looking for a car.

I love this place. I have bought 4 reliable vehicles from them. They are friendly, especially Jon and Brian. When I bought my new truck I got home and the backup lights weren't working so I took it back. They fixed the lights the next day

First I am going to tell you about our experience at Parker Toyota in order to shed light on why we are rating this 5 Stars, as the contrast only proves why they deserve this rating!
We were referred to Parker Toyota in Coeur D'alene ID by a friend who said his brother had a great experience buying a car from them even though he didn't have good credit. Previously in sub-prime auto lending, I liked that Parker had their own portfolio to lend from so I could see how they might finance people that would otherwise get declined by lenders. With that, my other half has a BK which is not quite 2 years old so we thought we would give their dealership a shot. We have been in good standing on two credit cards for over a year and knew we were getting close to having OK credit again.
So my other half went into Parker on a Thursday before work and test drove a couple of cars. He liked the guy he worked with and thought we should go back together and see if we could get a car. When we returned to Parker on Sunday, the sales rep, Mike, didn't even remember him. He finally started remembering my husband after we reluctantly got in a car for a test drive. He made the excuse that he sees so many people that it's hard to keep track and remember them all...??? Then he kept pushing a car we didn't want due to the mileage being around 130K. He said that it was a great car and not to be disturbed by the mileage. I am thinking to myself that the value of this over priced car is only going to drop drastically as we sit in a 2 or 3 year loan on a car that was pushing 11K price tag (not counting taxes, fees, etc)! On top of that, the rate he gave us was 24%. When I said "no way" he tried to make it seem like with the credit score (596) we were getting a deal by saying their competitor finances at 36%. I just felt like not only did he insult us off the bat by not remembering my husband, he tried to justify not remembering him, then tried to justify the outrageous rate and finally pushed a car that we didn't want. Let's just say that we walked away with him still trying to get us into a car by offering a 19% rate if we put MORE DOWN. So, you are telling us we have bad credit but apparently we can buy the rate down on money that you are lending from your portfolio? They make the decision on what percentage since it IS their own money! And when we asked for a copy of the credit report my husband was told "the people we pull it from won't let us give you a copy". When I asked to see it before we left since he wouldn't give us a copy I noticed it was a report from Equifax and asked incredulously "Wow, really? Equifax won't let you give us a copy?" To that, we got some mumbled back-pedalling reply saying it was management that said no copies were allowed and to take it up with the credit manager... Needless to say, that was on Sunday and on Monday we purchased a 2005 Ford Ranger 4x4 with only 39K miles on it for $14K out the door. Oh AND we got financing at a rate of 14% through a BANK. Gee, that is 10% LESS than Parker. I/WE recommend you go to Valley Auto Liquidators in the Spokane Valley on Sprague for real service and people that have integrity and don't try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor by helping you finance a decent car just because you have not-so-great credit. They practice no pressure sales, will talk to you about numbers withOUT pulling your credit as they should (if you accurately know what your credit score is) and won't try to make you feel bad for having financial difficulties at one time in your life. Oh, and one more thing - they were patient with my husband as he texted me the details and what was happening so we could make the decision together, even though I was at work. I didn't even SEE the truck, I said GO FOR IT based on the price, vehicle, mileage, rate, and how they treated my husband during his experience - which only took a couple hours TOTAL, which included test driving the truck in the morning then coming back to finance in the afternoon!
