Body By Melisa

My husband treated me to a massage and facial at Body by Melisa, I was not sure what to expect since this was a first for me, all I can say is it was wonderful I am not sure I have ever felt so good. Melisa is a wonderful person and the atmosphere there is breath taking so calm and peaceful. I have had so many people say how beautiful my face looks since my facial. Celia, the massage I got from her felt so good I didn't realize I could feel so good. I had a wonderful time there and I would recommend Body by Melisa to everyone....I will be going back again real soon....Thanks again....Susan

I had such wonderful experience at Body By Melisa, Melisa is incredibly knowledgeable about skin, and products, I have been getting skin-bella facial treatment for several times now and absolutely loved it , my skin has improve so much with just 4 visits that I am move confident walking out of my house without foundation on. In addition, the botanical skin care products that Melisa has recommend me to use are so much better any other products I have use in the past. Celia and Alex are both very friendliest and helpful, I love getting massage from them, they helped me relax and distress. Highly recommended!!

I had such a great experience at Body By Melisa that I went back one week later. Melisa and her staff are skilled and friendly. The place is cute and relaxing and clean. I tried the Infrared red sauna which was a low heat sauna to detox, then onto the awesome body scrub. I feel like I got a whole new layer of smooth skin. Today I went back for the Bella Skin facial, which took off layers of dead skin and again made me feel like new. Highly recommended. Look out for their specials online. Plus it's just a short stroll to all the cute restaurants on Piedmont Ave...so it's a perfect combo for a girls day out.

The best facial i have ever had, i have problem skin, but with only two visits to Melisa, my skin is almost perfect. I reccomend this spa to everyone!!!!!!!Great massages also.

Today I had a wonderful massage by Alex Lin at Body by Melisa on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland. When I first contacted Melisa she was very warm and showed genuine care and concern about meeting my needs. After hearing what my specific problems are she recommended I meet with Alex as his areas of expertise fit what is most helpful to me at this time. Just walking up the stairs and into the spa takes you to a different world. The smells are lovely - fresh, deep, pure - and heighten the atmosphere of rejuvenation and relaxation. The beautiful cedar sauna in the massage room looks inviting and also adds a warm scent and feel to the room. The sheets were beautiful and unique. Alex was excellent and I plan to get on a regular schedule with him. I am looking forward to my facial with Melisa herself later this month.
