Amazing bread and baguettes here. I love this little cafe in the middle of pico blvd. There isnt too much around this place but it is a great neighborhood cafe. I can say as probably most people is that we've driven by so many times and havent stopped. well next time your in the area do stop. It is wonderful.
The owners are so sweet and are amazing at what they do. Besides the treats and bakery items, the mini kobe burgers are wonderful.

That's for sure.
Overpriced.. that is also for sure.

A tiny teacake (financier) for US Dollar 2,25 ?
That's what I call overpriced.
However, it's an excellent teacake and probably the best I have ever tasted.
So I will pay it... realising it's way too much.
But you see how it balances out....

The best baquette I have come across in a long time.
Their pastry is fresh and delicious !!

A must try out....
Get a coffee and indulge !

I've been to this so call wonderful little bakery, and have sampled some of their "so-called little gems." Frankly, they don't resemble or taste like anything that I had in France. To say the least Ralphs has better breads and pastries than this "so-called wonderfull little gem of a bakery". Not only are the breads and pastries lousy but the people are arrogant and unfriendly.

My husband is always in search for the world's best croissant. This is it as far as what's available around LA. I love their chocolate croissant and their ham and cheese. Their olive baguette is one of my favorites! Everyone's always friendly, and it's an awesome little neighborhood gem!

If you come here, you need to try the apple tarts. I normally do not like apple pastries but this one was really good. The chocolate stuff is just decent so stick to the tarts and the bread.

We discovered this little place after dropping off a dress at the re-weaving shop down the street. Boy, were we in for a treat!!!! We have traveled extensively in France, and their Croque Monsieur was the most amazing thing this side of the Seine! They use brioche bread and it is very flaky...tons of gruyere, and fantastic bechamel sauce. I dream about this sandwich at night! We took a baguette home and it was the closest thing to a baguette from France that we have had in LA. All in all, a very cute place, amazing lunch. Next time we will try their pastries which looked insanely good.....

This is such a great find! One of those places you don't know about unless you live nearby or someone takes you there. It's more of a patisserie than a restaurant, but it is amazing! If you miss real French baguettes & pastries look no further! It's a little mom & pop shop, a bit hard to spot (look for the orange awning on Pico) and small but perfect. My favorite thing to do is get a crusty baguette and do my best to resist the scrumptious fruit tarts while I pay. The quality is the best and the prices are very inexpensive.

My only wish is that they were open on Sunday. Sometimes I can't get out there during the week and have to, curses!, freeze my baguettes. But even a thawed out one from this shop is infinitely better than anything else around town.

This place is definitely a must!

I stumbeled upon this little gem while exploring my new neighborhood. This place is amazing! They just specialize in making top-notch bread, cookies and pastries. Its family owned and run, and you can taste the love in everything they make. Sometimes, it takes them a minute to help you, bu its always worth the wait. My recommendations: Get a house bagguette, a ham & cheese croussant, and finish up with a chocolate chip cookie. Any ONE of these items will get you hooked on this place. SUPPORT LOCALLY OWNED, FAMILY-RUN, SMALL BUSINESSES. IT'S WHAT MAKES AMERICA GREAT!
