She offers exciting classes, the most popular being 'Funky Fit'. This class incorporates cardio and strength training with the latest hip-hop and R&B songs for an action packed, calorie-burning hour. I loved the classes so much I became certified to teach it....you can find them at First Ward Recreation center, and in all of the Peak Fitnesses in Charlotte.
