Clean salon. The attitude of the owner swings from friendly to snapping. Quality of service varies depending on the attitude of the day.

Unfortunately, after a Living Social coupon, my experience there was awful and embarrassing. I had the pedicure with callous removal and as I was drying, they accused me of using a coupon two times. I was baffled. They searched my name

I get so many compliments on my solar nails. I enjoy them as they are durable for my line of work. I followed Tina from Matthews and I wouldn't change for the world. When you talk to them they are friendly and courteous. I have been going to Tina for so long that she understands when I want to "talk her to death" and when I just want to be quiet.

have been using Myers Park Salon for over four years or more. Always greeted kindly and they do a great job on my nails and toes! I particularly like the "pink and white" for my nails. I highly recommend this salon to you! Tina, Holly,

From the moment I stepped into Myers Park Spa & Nails, I got the most stuck up, unwelcoming, uncomfortable vibe. The lack of work ethic and effort, for that matter was apparent from the initial greeting, all the way until the end of my service.
While getting my nails done, the girls only choose to talk amongst themselves, while one peeled an apple less than 3 feet from where i was sitting.
Never asked how I was, what my name was, if i was ok...nothing.On top of that, she jumped to conclude that I went to CP..when in reality, I go to Queens University. Whether that is "profiling" is stricktly based on opinion, but I felt that comment was uneccesary and stereotypical.
Every comment I made, they would respond amongst themselves, but of course, in Vietnamese...snickering and making side comments.
Nonetheless, I have never been in a more unprofessional, unpleasant enviornment.

I was trying to pinch some pennies by getting regular acrylic nails (white powder) as opposed to the "solar" nails (pink powder). The owner insisted (in very broken English) that I get the pink instead. Well, when it's painted over...who cares what color the powder is. THEY ARE MY NAILS...and this is what I want. If the white powder is such a vastly inferior product, don't offer it in your flippin' nail salon. Dammit. A debate ensured in very broken English. Long story short...I was charged for the pink powder (roughly a $10 difference) when I only wanted the white powder. *THIS* is one of those places where they talk smack about you in a language that you don't understand. I've been to a gazillion nail salons and I know when they are talking among themselves and when they're talking about YOU. Avoid. There are a bevy of nail salons just like them up the street.??
