Got a beautiful dining table and 6 chairs for $980. Furniture quality is great. Staff was great. Very good experience. (P.S. I'm picky so I really mean this. I liked them.)

Placed a couch on layaway @ Beck's on 55th/Florin in March. Was told I had 45days to pay it off. Paid in full before my 45day timepoint.Here I am day 60~no couch! I get a call from Becks stating they can deliver the couch this week BUT 1 piece STILL isn't available! I am very disappointed with the company & vow to never do business with them again! Not to mention that the customer service desk @ this location is a joke!! Although I am not happy with their service I have been nothing but respectful & professional when dealing with their staff. I wish I could say the same for the customer service team .Their customer service "manager" has a nasty attitude and is anything but helpful and concerned .The sales person who sold me the set was "johnny on the spot" and very helpful until her commission went through. If she had been upfront with me from the start I wouldn't be so angry.I did speak to store manager Ted but now realize that I should have gone through him from day one. He was the only one who appeared to be concerned and willing to help as much as he could.Unfortunately it was too little too late-I have been through too much.I feel that my business is not important to Becks( even though I have given them 1,500 of my hard earned money) and that"customer service " means nothing to them. I was told that someone would call me to set up delivery options & what I got was a msg TELLING me that my set would be delivered between 9-1pm on a specified date! Where are the options? I'm soooo disappointed with Becks @ this point that I don't know what to do! I'm curious to see how many months I must wait for the missing piece to my set. My family & friends have been warned(too bad no one warned me)!
