I received an combo massage session from Jasmine and it was the BEST - she is definitely a magician! I was having a back spasm and had restricted mobility for about a week - at its worst I had difficulty putting on my shoes. I went in to see Jasmine after hearing about her from a good friend and she quickly assessed my "pain pattern" as she called it and found the source of the pain. She then did deep tissue on my legs, hands and painful areas of my back. I began to feel a difference almost immediately. began to massage the rest of the pain away - This was the best massage I ever had - every back muscle was tenderized and softened. She finished with some pain-relief cream and I walked out of there sore but feeling much better. I couldn't believe it. Jasmine is the best massage therapist.

This place was great! My massage therapist, Sophia, read over my intake form and we discussed my issues before she started working on me, and I thought that was very nice. ( She didn't act like some other massage therapists who just want the money and don't focus on the clients needs). I had my massage and she worked on all the knots I had, and she even suggested I try some things to ease my pain and tightness.
Sophia used pressure, but for once I am not in pain the day after a massage and my body feels different! I was very pleased with Chaba Spa and I will be returning to try other treatments next week. I no longer have to travel to many places looking for a good massage since I found this hidden gem in Burbank!!
Pros: miraculous massage
Cons: Great staff and terrific massages and foot scrubs

This place is great! Wonderful service and the prices definitely made this place the only place where I get my regular massages. I have recommended this place to countless friends. If you are looking for a great massage for a reasonable price, this is most certainly the place for you.
This place was great! I came in barely being able to walk after a flare up in my lower back from surgery I had a year ago. I didn't really expect a massage was gonna do much for me, but Jasmine was up for the job. She gave me an incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage and really worked hard to get me feeling better. I woke up the following day and couldn't believe that my pain was 80% gone. Jasmine is truly a healer and I look forward to going back many times in the future. This is a great find!
Pros: ?Quality of massage, price, staff, open late
Cons: ?Not enough time in a day to get more massages

Im really shocked by the bad reviews! I have never had one complaint. Their friendly staff and great prices make it hard to go anywhere else. I have been going to Chaba for almost two years now, so i was also shocked to read the negitive reviews about the spa. I use to have problems with my lower back. The staff at Chaba are so nice and knowledgeable for massage. I love all kind of massage here. The killer combo for 2 hours is the best that I usually get. All Therapist are very freindly and manager is pretty. She always make sure that I got the best massage everytime I visit.
Cons: The best killer combo massage.

The atmosphere was so tranquil and serene. I really enjoyed my massage therapist Amy . When I first got to my appointment he greeted me with a wonderfully big and comforting smile. She was attentive to all of my needs as well as insecurities. I walked in a walking knot, I left still drooling from relaxation. If anyone is looking for Burbank professionalism, Burbank prices and skillful touch go to Chaba Spa.
I am very picky about trying out new therapists, but I am happy I went to Chaba Spa!! I was greeted by Lisa (another therpaist) and she was very friendly. Amy gave me the best combination massage. It was wonderful :-)
Pros: everything Friendly staff, reasonable

I love this place! I used to go to a very fancy, very expensive salon, also in Beverly Hills. So when I first walked into Chaba I was less than impressed by the small wait room. But these ladies are EXPERTS! They are incredibly fast, gentle, friendly and thorough! ?
I just had a 4 hands massage with Jessica & Gigi! ?amazing!! ?the spa is little and quiet with private room. ??highly recommend this spa! ?and can't be beat for the price! ?they do facials too!
i've tried other high-end massage places, and this is by far the best place i have still ever gone to. ask for Jessica -- she's incredible with swedish massage!
Pros: Awesome

I had a massage here over the weekend and from walking in to leaving it was a great experience. As you enter the spa you walk through a lobby which is a serene setting, that made me feel like Thailand and makes you feel relaxed right away. Then you are greeted by a great staff and then the real spa experince begins. I had a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have had in awhile. I will come back to Chaba for sure. I already made an appointment to visit when my mom and sister come in town to visit.
Pros: Great Spa!
Cons: Best service and overall best spa experience!

Amazing place! Amy and Jasmine are so sweet, the location is perfect, and you cannot beat this price:) with the quality massage.
The women who work here are so caring but really fun at the same time. I love that I can make an apt same day and get all my massage and body scrub taken care!
Pros: Super relaxing, high quality, and professional
Cons: Great Massage+ Best Price for Affordability

Great atmosphere. ?Quiet. ?Absolutely one of the most relaxing spa experiences I've had in Burbank. ?The people that work there are all freindly and sweet, which is how spas should be. ??? ?A great first course, gearing up for my combo massage.??The massage was pretty down to earth. ?She focused on my knots, as I asked her to, and worked through the kinks gradually without overdoing it. ?She was an ex-yogi and KNOWS the human body. ?Knows how it's supposed to balance and where all the goodie spots are. ???Afterwards I received some tea and snack. ?I relaxed for a good 10 minutes next to the most tranquil fountain in the world and enjoyed my little snack.??FABULOUS. ?Prices were pretty damn good--better if you get a package. ?Ex. I get $30 off when I bought 4 gift card at the same time then i can share with someone i love. I also get body scrub adding a 60 min with combo massage. ?Awesome!! I love it and buy this package every month to reward myself.
Pros: FINALLY, a great quality massage for a great price!

?I went with two girlfriends on a Friday morning. The facility is spotless and the decor is warm, soothing and stunning to look at...I had the Combo massage and she was amazing. ?The massage was intense but really lovely. ?One of my friends had never had Thai massage before and she was a little thrown off by the intense stretching, pulling and kneading. ?If you are looking for a massage where you lay down and don't move a muscle while the therapist works on you, then Thai massage may not be for you...my friend felt almost bruised when she left, but me? ?I LOVE IT. ?And it was by far, the best Thai massage I have received. ?My other friend had Gigi and she said she was amazing, as well.
?When your massage is finished, ?you are encouraged to hang out and relax, as they bring you snack and tea. ?We lingered for a while before heading back into the real world. ?
Pros: Best thai massage

A mini vacation to Thailand, but in BURBANK . My boyfriend and I had the couple's massage. The ritual took place on an elevated, dark wood platform, with the sounds of water trickling and soft music playing in the background. All this while we were kneaded, twisted, and bent within an inch of our lives. His therapist, Jasmin.
?After the beating, they help stretch your body out. ?Just breathe it out and you'll feel a great release and total relaxation. ??I'm going back for sure.
paying a little extra for the serene environment made the whole thing blissful.
Pros: Amazing Thai Massage

****The decor of this place is borderline magical you almost feel like you walked into a Thai Pavilion in Thailand upon entering.. The claming undertone of burning sage fills your senses and sunlight filters down through the foliage as you walk down the path, this was my first experience at the CHABA, my twin and I took ourselves as our birthday present to each other.. The 60 minute combo massage was by far the best massage I have ever gotten in my life, she paid attention to every muscle in my body and stretched me and bent me in ways I would not have thought possible.. My body felt amazing afterwards one of the best experiences I have ever had.. This is not one of those pretensious spa places where women go to be seen and buy expensive beauty products this is an amzing soulful massage experience..

These women are insanely strong. Don't let their sweet demeanors fool you either, because once they're in that massage stall kneading every one of your knots you'll cry out for your mama...which I almost did since she was right in the next stall. This was probably the most intense massage session I ever had. My body winces to think what the massage would have been like if I requested the "hard" masssage as opposed to the "medium" version. I asked my masseuse to soften it up a bit and she told me that I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders and neck and that I probably sit at the computer working too much- okay so the women is strong and smart. I know there are some people who really love an intense, hard massage, and if you are one of them then this place is for you. I'd recommend this place for those of you looking for a reasonably priced massage in a relatively comfortable and clean place. It's no high end spa or anything, but you definitely get your money's worth.
LOVE CHABA
Pros: BEST MASSAGE IN BURBANK

I personally loved my massage itself but there were few things that turned me off and would definitely totally turn off some people.
I was first greeted with smiles from everyone. Then when one of the lady asked me what I wanted she tried to sell me the combo instead... you know like in nails salon when they try to push for the pedicure when you only want a manicure.
Then I was walked to my room... beautiful spa I have to say. When came the time to go on the bed, I wasn't sure under which layer I was supposed to go, so as I examined the sheets closely, one layer has salt or sugar on and the top layer had oil stains. That turned me off.
My massage therapist was great though. She asked me if I wanted soft, medium or strong... I am one of those crazy super strong lovers as I like feeling the pain and the release later. Strong it was! I even had to ask her to go medium on some spots. I was first unsure as I asked for a deep tissue and she started with more of a THAI technique...but the oil and regular deep tissue massage followed and I know she took care of the tense muscles.
Again here at the end she promoted a facial and massage promo they had, but was not pushy... yet not fun to be given a pitch sale after a massage.
So not for everyone... will I go back... not sure yet... depends on what I will find elsewhere.
Pros: Fabulous massage
Cons: Sheets and sales pitch

I love getting massages at CHABA because the price is right and the folks are GOOD. ?I've been here for a year, sometime by myself and sometime w/ my husband for a couple's massage. ?Both times were heavenly. ???ANGIE is my favorite, I highly recommend her for the 'muscle meltdown' massage.?? BTW, If you like relaxing Lisa Is The best to melt you down with her swedish. The great thing about a $59 massage is that I can afford to go at least once a week. ?
Thank you CHABA THAI SPA, now I gotta book the couples massage and I'll let you know how that goes!

If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing massage with a zen enviornment, look no further than in Burbank. I decided to treat myself to a massage at CHABA THAI SPA and it was the best decision ever, The spa was everything I wanted and more. I fell in love with it upon first sight, It had everthing I needed, and a variety of treatments. My personal favorites are the Thai, Sweedish, Deep Tissue Thearapy. CHABA THAI SPA has the perfect location
Pros: originality, experienced therapists

I originally bought my wife a spa package there. She loved it and later she bought us a couple's massage. Wow. Very relaxing environment. Great massage. Highly recommended.
Pros: Best swedish I ever had

This is the best place for a thai massage! Its in a great location in burbank, the spa is small & beautiful. Its very clean & they serve fresh hot tea. The therapists are highly skilled professionals & they give their all to every client. They bend & stretch you in every which way. There were points during the massage where I was so relaxed I thought I'd fall asleep. I absolutely loved it! Im definetly going back soon & have been telling all my friends to go.

The deep tissue massage was just right! It wasn't as painful as I wanted it to be, cuz I have this sadistic idea that the more it hurts, the more knots will go away! It was a very soothing experience. The lady that did me, lol, was not shy to jump on top of me and mush my nooks and crannies. But it never hurt amazingly! And I walked away feeling so relieved :) I love how they have a warm bowl of rose petals and lemon slices in a water for your feet when you arrive. They also serve you a cup of warm tea. Afterwards, they serve you an iced thai tea that's so light and delicious! A bit pricey $60 for my 1-hour long deep tissue massage, but I still tipped them purdy good! Pretty owner, too lol

I walked in and was greeted by a rude lady. I asked for the facia on the menul that came with the head and neck massage. She spent about 10 minutes trying to persuade me to go with the combo that included a 60-minute Thai massage. I explained to her that I wanted to try the spa out before I dropped $100. on a service. She went into one of the treatment rooms and said to go in, remove my top and lay down. She placed a scratchy towel over me and then did the unthinkable....She opened a container of strawberry YOPLAIT yogurt and started spreading it on my face! I could tell that she had no experience and was not a licensed esthetician by the way she touched my face. Next she took some paper towels and started rubbing the yogurt off! I asked to see the manager and she did not speak enough English to understand my request. I had to get up with the towel wrapped around me and explain to the young, inexperienced manager that rubbing strawberry Yoplait on someone?s face and removing it with a paper towel was NOT a facial. I asked if the lady had a license and they said no. I explained that I would not be paying for the 3-minute yogurt rub. I put my clothes on and left. This place gives spa's a bad name. They have NO idea what they are doing and are really overpriced. For $100. you could go to burke williams and have a glorious day with people that know what they are doing. Please do not go to this CHABA place. You will be much happier to go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!
Pros: NONE
Cons: Please read review. The workers are not licenesed. This place is overpriced!
