We also ordered a crib in 10/06, told it would arrive 01/07 just before our due date. We still didn't have the crib until 04/07. They were slow to respond and didn't seem to care at all. Good riddance!

My husband and I ordered a whole bedroom set from these people in the middle of August of 07 and we didn't get any of it till November (they said it would take 12 weeks max) and THEY ORDERD ME THE WONG CRIB! They said they would get right on it and we sould get it in December....Well i was pissed but at least i would get the crib right?....WRONG!. It is now the middle of January (5 months later) and I still have no crib and out 550.00. My 3 month old doesn't fit in her bassinet anymore!!! i am so pissed, i tried calling them but there phone is disconnected and their store is closed down. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT AS OF WHAT I CAN DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR CONTACT SOMONE ABOUT THIS. My e-mail is becky_burnell@msn.com

If you ordered anything from this store it closed the end of September. Good thing and I checked to see when all my babies furniture was coming. I kept being told different dates always later and later. I found out on our visit that they were closing and that the stuff I ordered would be delivered after they closed. I got real nervous that I wouldn't get my purchases and asked for my back.
I ended up having to start all over shopping for baby furniture some where else. I feel sorry for anyone who still has merchandise on order from them

I purchased a crib, dresser and book case in Feb. of 2007. Luckily I received the crib and dresser about a week before my daughter was born at the end of March. I called the store several times to inquire about the book case. Initially I was told someone would look into it and call me back, no one ever did. I called back and spoke with the owner who told me he would look into it and call me the next day, he never did. I called back and spoke with another person who told me the freight prices went up and the manufacturers would not send a truck unless it was full. She told me she would call them and call me back, she never did. I finally called and requested that they refund my money and call me if the bookcase ever came in, by this time it was SEPTEMBER ! I was mailed my refund after several weeks and several calls. I was initially impressed with the quality of the furniture available but completely frustrated with the poor customer service and lack of communication. I am still waiting to receive my converter rails for the crib and for them to send the person who set my crib up back to my home and fix the screws that are sticking out and could possibly cause injury to my child now that she is almost six months and will be crawling soon. Save yourself the frustration and STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Do NOT shop here! We ordered a toddler rail 6 months ago and were told the wait would be 12 weeks. You have to leave 5+ messages for anyone to call you back. Like similar postings, they are blaming the manufacturer and will not give me my money back. At the rate we're going, our daughter is going to be too big for a toddler bed. Go to Lullaby Lane instead, not exactly close to Cribs and Bibs but they have everything and are a pleasure to work with.

Buyer beware would be my advice for any one who chooses to purchase items from this store. My husband and I, soon to be parents, visited the Concord store and were swooned by the staffs helpfulness and knowledge about the products. Little did we know that we were being played for fools. After lengthy conversations and discussions we decided to go forward with purchase of a BOB revolution stroller and a Graco snug ride infant car seat. They said we will provide you with a 10% discount for ordering multiple items at once - their exact words were "we like to take care of our customers". They touted the luxurious quality and features of the snug ride car seat and said only the high end models of this car seat can be found here - the ones you see at the other non independent stores are of lower quality. A special order was placed for these items and we left the shop in good spirits feeling like we knocked off two items off of our to do list for baby readiness. I went home and was filing the invoice slip away and noticed that they did not note the specific model number for the Graco Snug ride car seat we purchased on the invoice. The price was noted as 159.99. I called the store and obtained the model number - looked it up on line and found out that this was not the product description we were discussing in the store. It was the higher quality Graco snug ride infant seat that we were discussing and were under the impression was being ordered on our behalf. Furthermore the MSRP for this lower end model was $119.99. So they ordered the lower quality product and marked up the price by over 10%. Suffice to say my husband and I were fuming when we found out they swindled us. After multiple attempts to contact them with no response - could only get through to their voice mail - I contacted my credit card company and told them the story. The credit card company decided to give me a full refund and entered into a dispute on my our behalf with the store. Cribs and Bibs finally returned my earlier voice mail messages and spoke to them about my concerns with the order of the car seat. She knew she was caught red handed - it was the individual I was speaking with over the phone that created the invoice and paperwork for the purchase. She acknowledged that the price was in fact incorrect and furthermore the item purchased on our behalf was in fact the lower quality one. She blamed her staff and said she would speak to them about it and that this would not happen again. Just FYI - she was the one that placed the order and did the paperowrk for our purchase. She very well knew what she was doing and was deceptive about it. Nonetheless we got our money back from the credit card company, she said she will honor the dispute and apologized.

Long Story short - stay away from this store. Do not trust a single word they say and before walking in to this store or any store for that matter - do your research on the price should there be multiple model numbers with differing qualities for the same product.

We ordered a Graco Sugride and was promised to be delivered in a week and we got it 3 months later. We had to call every week and they kept promising it will be delivered next week.

We also special ordered a ottaman and they said it will take 10 weeks and we still didn't get it after 5 months later so my wife is now 9 months pregnant and is expecting any time. Just imaging how frustrated this is now. Called them many times, left messages and they will never call you back! They kept saying it will be delivered next week each time i was lucky enough to get a person on line and still didn't get it.... They kept pushing responsiblilties back to manaufacturing. I would understand if it's 1 or 2 week delay from manufacture but 3 months delay is totally incompetence and irresponsible! We ask for money back and they said it's special order and can't be refunded. Owners attitude was extremely rude and don't take any responsibilities.

We bought a floor model crib and the topper for the dresser has defective so they told us the topper was re-order and will be delivered next week and yet it's 5 months now still don't have it. They told us they order the wrong part and made us get the correct part number from the back of our dresser before they can re-re-order again.

Don't go to this place or you will end up very frustrated. You can do much better somewhere else. This is the last thing i want for my 9 months pregnant wife and I am sure you do too....

They were Very helpful in helping me buy a cribs for my newborn son. the staff was excellent with giving me a good deal on a crib and combo hutch. They have good selection on cribs, strollers, and car seats. There delivery crew helped mem together my crib. They are a lifesaver. Thank you Cribs and Bibs!

The staff is really nice and helpful. They have lots of cribs set up to see as well as a good selection of strollers. They aren't pushy, but answer questions if you have them. They also have lots of other baby acessories.
