I believe I have rated this project twice already, but here goes again.
SOS was excellent, polited, professional, on time, called when they said they would, evaluated and explained the job they would do in plain understandable English, used there own tools, and cleanded up after the job was done. Overall, super!

Fastest unclogging of the kitchen sink

The pipe that drains from my kitchen sink was clogged solid and I'd spent most of the weekend failing to snake it. In the small hours of a Monday morning I called for SOS Rooter using the online request feature. At 8:15 a.m. they phoned me to say their man would be with me in an hour. At 9:20 a.m. the man had cleared the blockage with his electric snake. The charge was $285 and the $20 discount made it $265.
