I salon shopped and found Palmetto Salon to be just what I was looking for. Warm inviting decor, and friendly attentive staff. Donna, the owner and my stylist, took the time to really listen to my wants and needs. I left with the exact color and cut that was from the photo's I brought for ideas. But since about a year or so ago, she has always been overbooked and rushing around and all in all not spending the time or giving the attention she should, especially for the price. The last three or four times I scheduled a cut and color appointment with her, she didn't even do my color. The girl who did my color did a great job and was much more attentive than Donna, but I didn't schedule my appointment with her. The last few times I've gone, Donna has been working on someone else the entire time of my appointment and spent less the fifteen minutes cutting my hair.
