i have bought multiple things from Conns totaling over $7,000, and I will never purchase another item from them! Anytime you need something fixed you get the run around on who to call and who can help you. Their customer service is horrible!
Stay away from Conns and go to Best Buy (where they know how to treat their customers)

I purchased a Frigidaire 18500 btu air conditioner from Conn's on NW loop 410 nin San Antonio back in early May 08, it worked one day. The next day I called the store and they said I had to contact service, so I did call service and they said it would be a week or two before they can come out. Two weeks later they showed up and removed it from the wall leaving the case there and took it to the shop. I call and check on it every Friday and at first it was we are waiting for parts, then the parts came but there are others ahead of yours, not they said another 4 weeks because they put in a request to replace it. Here it is late July and from how this nightmare is going I may get a a/c unit by next spring but I'm not holding my breath. I wish way back in may or June they would have indicated it would take this long so I could have gone and purchased another unit and had a/c for the summer. I have learned a few lessons..
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S and DON'T TRY COMPLAINING TO THEM because the more you do the harder they will make it for you.

! i hate conns! they are so expensive! i mean there are things that would cost $20 at some other store like best buy, but conns sells it for, let's say, $60! very unreasonable they are.

I do not recommend anyone to buy from Conn's. I bought 4 different items (ttl $4,000). 3 out of 4 are bad. Mattress declared defective, dishwasher serviced 4 times, dryer serviced 4 times. All this started one week after items being purchased (I've only had them a total of 4 mths). Don't think your getting a return or exchange either, even if you buy the extended warranty. Can't even get my money back on my mattress, only store credit. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I thought I was the only one with the sentiment, but after talking to my friends, we all concur. This store does not have that great of prices. Then, you add in the weird types who work and shop there. On top of all that, it is just disconcerting to see TV's, dishwashes, lawn mowers and mattresses all lined up on the walls.
