If I could give zero stars, I would!

My latest experience with this dry cleaner is the worst I have ever personally encountered.

I had always had satisfactory experiences with them until a garment was returned to me discolored.

I alerted them of the situation, and when they offered to re-clean it, I obliged and was promised the item the following day.

They held the garment for almost 3 weeks, not returning any of my calls, except on two occasions during the 3 week period where Lester, one of the owners tried to blame me for the original discoloration- a nonsensical accusation. The other call I received was from Nelson, the other owner, labeling me impatient (this was after 2 weeks!!), and stating that he believed that I wanted the dress to be ruined- incredibly insulting.

When the dress was finally returned to me, it was no longer discolored, but the fabric was completely ruined, I'm assuming from the many chemical processes it had been through. The dress that is made of organza silk now felt like cotton, the lining was completely stretched so it was visible out of the bottom of the dress, and the stitching was coming out.

They refused any responsibility for the condition of the dress, and even when I purchased a second exact dress and brought it in as evidence of the damage, with the ruined one for comparison, they still refused to compensate me.

I strongly urge you not to patronize this establishment. They are operating without valid licenses for both locations- stating that they went out of business in 2008.

I would not want anyone else to go through such a frustrating experience.
