Memorial Grill is a family owned restaurant. Doesn't look like much on the outside but worth the stop. The food is reasonable priced with large portions. They aim to please and the dessert counter is awesome with something for everyone. Worth the trip.

I was very concerned when we pulled into the parking lot, as it looked like we were entering a fast food restaurant. However, we were quickly reasurred. The waitstaff were all very friendly and the food was out of this world! The prices were reasonable ($12 for dinner entrees and less for sandwiches) and no corking fee for our wine. We will be going back again!

Pros: Great food; B.Y.O.B.

Cons: Tables are close together

Memorial grill is a pleasant place for lunch or dinner. The burgers and fries are delicious. There is a long list of sandwiches. Entrees include fish and meat are all very tasty. Portions are more than ample.

The most novel dish is the "fat frank." It is a foot long hot dog with chili and all the fixins'. It is huge. My wife ordered one and she ate the whole thing and declared it "great."

I have never gotten anything that wasn't delicious. Service is efficient and quick.
They do take-out orders and you can pick them up at a side window. Call ahead and you can be home with supper in no time at all.

I read the first revue complaining that the place wasn't open when they were supposed to be. That's not right since they don't post the hours they are open. The usual hours are M-S 11:00 AM to 9 PM. They are Closed on Sunday.

Memorial Grill looks like just another restaurant when you pass it on Memorial Drive, but DO NOT pass it. They have delicious meals at reasonable prices. They are always packed at lunchtime, so go early. You must try their El Gordo. You will not be able to eat the whole thing - it's two meals! Chicken, brown rice, beans, cheese surrounded by a homemade wheat tortilla. Their dessert counter looks to die for, and we will need to go there just for that. There is no room after one of their gigantic (and healthy!) salads. Don't miss it!
