I went to Don??s Furniture Store in the Deridder/Rosepine area to take advantage of their ??Quitting Business? sale. My husband and I picked out a leather sectional that was not in their warehouse. Don??s charged us $2,300 plus tax for the sectional and said they??d order it from their supplier and it would arrive within 2-3 weeks. Our original order date was on January 21, 2012. On or about February 11th, I went to pick up our print that we also paid for and was told that our couch would not be in on time, but instead it would be in on February 18th. I said ok, but still disappointed because we got rid of our original furniture in the house one week after we paid for the new one and had been using an air mattress for a family of 5 (the youngest being 18 months).

On February 16th, I called again to ask about the couch to see if it was on it??s way to the store. I WAS SHOCKED, when they told me that the couch still had not shipped and would take yet another week. I told them that they needed to refund my money. Per Mr. Rick from the store, ??WE DON??T ISSUE REFUNDS, IT SAYS SO ON THE RECEIPT.? He offered instead that he??d refund the delivery charge I paid for ($75) and would deliver the furniture for free when it arrived. I didn??t agree to it. He then said he had the couch and loveseat in his warehouse, but not the wedge piece. He proceeded to tell me that he would deliver that set to me and then deliver the wedge after it came in. I said ok.

Bottom line, Rick delivered me the showroom floor couch and love seat trying to pass it off as the warehouse furniture. It was not wrapped and it was visibly damaged. When my husband asked the delivery guys if this was the showroom couch, immediately one guy answered yes and the other answered no. When I called Rick to tell him this he continued to lie to me about the entire situation. I demanded a refund of both my delivery charge and the cost of the couch and again he refused. Now I have to go through my credit card company to rebut the charges and get my refund.

SUMMARY: They are going out of business and will lie to make a sell. They don??t care about your satisfaction. You better hope you get your product before the doors close for good!

I have been waiting for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS for my couch to have the cushion sowed back... It was a BRAND NEW couch that I completely paid for with a lifetime warranty. IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW SLOW THEIR SERVICE IS FOR FIXING FURNITURE THEY SOLD... What really blows for them, is that I still needed to buy a queen or kind size bed, THREE dressers one with a mirror... a cabinet for the kitchen AND kitchen table AND TV STAND AND COFFEE AND END TABLES AS WELL AS A RECLINER CHAIR... After This bull of not fixing my couch when I had reported because they wanted to save on gas.. GIVE ME A BREAK... Best BELIEVE I'm gonna report this to Fort Polk for one of the places to STAY AWAY... Mom in law works in the MWR Marketing so their SCREWED for business from post. And if my couch is STILL NOT HERE by FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 23RD I WILL BE CALLING MY ATTORNEY AND STARTING PROCEDURES FOR A LAW SUITE!! THIS IS RETARDED HOW I HAVE TO WAIT TWO AND A HALF MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked in Don's on A Saturday afternoon and by Monday Afternoon I had what I wanted and I got it at A great price, They gave me the best service since i;ve been in Louisiana I Tell everybody to shop with them im going back for my son's room. I give Don's 5 STARS
