Love Love Teriyaki

Customer Service is horrible. Not so much from the employee's, but the OWNER! No way to run a business at all. The first time I ordered, the OWNER was completely RUDE and got my order wrong. I wait for a couple of months and went back. Same HORRIBLE service and they got my order wrong again. I will not support a local resturant that has such poor service.

I ate here almost every work day for 3 years. Same dish everytime. Chicken Teriyaki bowl, no sauce, stir fryed veggies.
The last time I went, they got my order wrong. I immediately called to let them know and they would not fix it.
I had to pay for food I didn't order and don't eat?!?!?
I am begging people to not go there. Read the reviews below and stay away from this place at all costs.

The food here was once quite good and has become only fair. The customer service is not only poor it is terrible. After waiting an excessive time for my food, it was brought out to me only luke warm. I asked that it be put into a box as I was no longer had time to eat it on the premesis. The food was dumped into a too small box and on the way to my car the box lid spung open and dumped the contents into the plastic bag. I returned to the store with the bag and asked that it be "repackaged" and was told by an exceedingly snotty little waitress person that they would not because it was my fault it was dumped into the bag. I will never return to this store and will advise any friends that I hold dear to do the same. Also, you might tell the wait person girly to NOT comb/brush/arrange her hair over the public counter. It is very distasteful to your customers.

A co-worker of mine brings back food from Love Love often, and I look forward to it every time. Their food is terrific! If you get a chance, I recommend giving it a shot.

If you're hoping to take advantage of Love Love Teriyaki's "lunch special," you'd better make sure you are there well before the 2 pm end time. I made a special trip to Love Love today, looking forward to enjoying a nice plate of hot & spicy chicken. Admittedly, it was close to 2 pm when I arrived, but it was before 2 pm. The counterperson refused to honor the lunch special price. What a shame! I am a regular customer, and I patronize Love Love frequently. It's not about the $2.50 price difference-it's the principle. If a restaurant is going to offer a lunch special that extends until 2 pm, they ought to honor that price until 2 pm. Sadly, this has tainted my opinion of Love Love.

PROS: Good, fresh food.
CONS: Extremely poor customer service.

the food is wonderful and i have been thier several times. although
the last time i went i recieved my plate and it had a hair in it. they
did not even offer to bring me a new one
