Came to this Pizza Inn location to eat. I came with my family to eat the buffet. The inside was very nice, but the pizza was unbelievably horrible. The thin crust tasted like cardboard. My husband had the thick crust which tasted like a flavorless over-baked bread. The sauce had some kind of a bitter after taste to it. My family will never go back to the place. We will try any hamburger place in the area.

I love this Pizza Inn. I grew up eating the stuff in South Texas, and it was refreshing to find one here in North Dallas. The management there is always super nice and checks on the customers. I went a few times a while back when they had a different manager, and you can tell something has changed recently. It's tons better now. Love the pizza - thin is my favorite, and my 7 year old loves the mac n cheese and cheese bread - he eats free on Tuesdays there, too! Kid's night on Tuesday which is great. Salad is always fresh - we go pretty often.

My husband and I got a coupon in the mail for a 2 for 1 buffet dinner, and thought, "what the heck...?"
This Pizza Inn Location has an all=day buffet format, obviously in a means to compete with Cici's. It also has arcade games, big screen tv's, etc...But the pizza! Yuck-o. It was flavorless, just disgusting, with lots of esoteric flavors (enchilada pizza, or feta cheese), but lacking on normal run of the mill varieties. And they had a pasta bar as well, with the most disgusting macaroni and cheese I've ever tasted. (I'm talking even worse than the Blue Box Kraft stuff). Considering its chi-chi location (just a block to the west of the Shops at Willow Bend Mall), I expected WAY better.
