Unfortunately, great location, but weak food and aweful service. Got here at 835 PM on Sat. Night, didn't see a waitress til 850. Didn't get drinks til &lmost 9. It's not busy! No wonder nobody comes here!

I would never go back again!!! I have tried this restaurant on several different occasions. I have never seen a place that their servers reeked of alcohol and cigarettes! Who knows if they even washed their hands! The profanity that you can hear across the restaurant (as sound does travel) is amazing and with kids dining that is not a good thing! And the service is TERRIBLE!
You could have more diners if you straightened out your business.
Word does travel!

The food is is very good and reasonable. They have a very good Reuben sandwich. If weather permits you can eat outside by the river. The staff is very nice and the service is good.

Everyone in my family enjoys a stop at John Hawks. We love the location. The Ruebens are great. The fish and chips are good also. We will return here, we also like that you can re-use your entertainment coupons.

went with friends on a friday night. we went for the ruben sandwich which was awesome. The price was reasonable and we were able to use an entertainment coupon which made the bill even more reasonable. Would return for sure if we are in the area.
