After listening to my neighbors party all night I go to leave for work in the morning only to find someone barfed all over the roof! So gross! The complex never hires anyone to power wash. The whole place is covered in dirty, spider webs, cigarettes, and spit stains. And when ever you call to complain about someones dog pooping in the parking lot or loud music the land lord calls and tell that person to stop becuase so in so in apartment whatever called and complained! I am not joking! This place makes me sick. The water constantly turns itself off and needs to be reset. The rental office is never open. There are pot holes all over that are supposed to be fixed next month (5 months ago)! Oh and my favorite the ac goes out constanty then you wait days-weeks to get it fixed. When they tell you that they have 24hr on call maintenance what they really mean is you can page anytime and they will call you right back to tell you that they will call you during buisness hours. Also this is no place to live if you expect that when you say "hello" that someone says it back. These people are the most unfriendly group of people I have ever come across. Maybe everyone is just so pissed about living at Forest Brooke that they cant even be friendly!

Pros: Near River

Cons: Dirty

.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Poor management, office not always open during stated office hours, lost rent checks that had to be reissued, shared water (this means the building splits the water bill regardless of how many people live in one apartment), mandatory cleaning fee when you move out, guest fees when people stay for long weekends, and maintenance doesn't always come when you need something fixed. They also told me certain items of the apartment were new, and upon moving in I found many problems. Ex) new carpet that had burn holes. When I exited the lease, after twelve months, they tried to charge me for the burn holes that I marked down on the checklist. To make matters worse...I don't even smoke. Another problem, I found to be an issue, is they decide to blacktop the parking lot. This is fine, but they gave the tenants a days notice with no alternative parking assignments listed. I know many people had their cars towed, at their expense, because of this. Overall, I would save yourself the headache and pay an extra $20/month to live somewhere esle.
