I paid over $200 for their package. I should have realized $200 for 6 hours of pampering was way to cheap. The spa was freezing cold and you couldn't relax with the women working there talking about their co-workers in the other room. My manicure looked awful and they burnt my face when they waxed my eyebrows. I would not recommend this place unless you were getting something simle done just because the price is so low. Just beware you will get exactly what you pay for.

When I went to Serenity Spa, the women did everything to make sure my experience was satisfactory. Before anything began, we were offered tea and biscuits, and asked simple questions about our skin regime and any allergies. Then we waited for a few relaxing moments while the women moved two beds into the same room so my mother and I could chat while being massaged and pampered. Everything was extremely relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvinated, without feeling the hit in my wallet. I have never had softer skin after any spa visit.
