Ever since the management took over 2 years ago the property has been cleaned up and the riff raff out of here. It is once again becoming a family friendly property. Many improvements have been done in a short time considering the way it looked before the new management. Management has had the sheriffs patrol on a regular schedule now which has helped all the cars and people going in and out. We have grills in areas which will not catch the buildings on fire from grills that used to be on patio's. I would recommend this property.
There is only 1 person in management who talks to you as if you are a person of intelligence. The rest of them talk to you like you are on a lower level than they are. The property it self is old, in constant need of repair... only one maintenance worker on site. The grounds are in decent shape. The children's play areas are rediculously dangerous and not well taken care of. If you move here, expect to be given notices on your door a few times a month for various inspections and other things, but expect your maintenance needs to take unusually long to complete if ever completed. Expect high energy bills with the multiple leaks in windows and doors. Also even though these are townhomes, expect NOT to be able to grill on your personal back porch. Grilling items and or a grill is considered contraband in this community with the new management company. Your company will get towing stickers on their vehicles... but broken down cars scattered on the lot. This is something you would expect from some inner city neighborhoods but we are in the suburbs in a nice school district. I am giving my own personal experience in living here and the experience of people whom I know who live or lived here in the same conditions. Alot of these changes have taken place with the most recent management company. I would recomend this place to people who have no where AT ALL to go.
