Primo water corporation and bad Dillon's representative. I only went to get two new bottles of water at a discounted price. This turned out to be the worst Dillon's experience ever. The Primo water recycle bin placed outside of the store do not work DO NOT USE! This lead me to speak with the customer service representative at Dillons. The lady told me that all I needed to do was go and get two new 5 gallon water bottles and they would be discounted $7.00 each. I walked to the water isle and found they only had 3 gallon bottles. I asked the lady if they had a key so I could get my bottles back and she stated the Primo water corporation doesn't provide keys. I asked if they had a number to contact them she stated they did and proceeded to call as a small line began to form behind me. I wish the lady had just asked me to step to the side so she could help other people as she held the line and waited on other customers. Instead she choose to lie to me and state that the number was automated and didn't give her an option to speak to a live person. She gave me my $14.00 refund and stated that she couldn't do anything else. I asked for the number she dialed and she gave me the number. I walked out of the store and dialed the same number and chose option one and was immediatley speaking with a live person who told me that the lady I spoke with at Dillons lied about the key and about not being able to contact anyone at the Primo water corporation. The water representative asked which city and state I lived in and began naming other stores they do buisness with throughout the state of Kansas that might be able to help me. I was tired frustrated and very disappointed in the customer service I recieved at the 21st & Amidon location. Remember leave the water recycler alone so you don't end up with an eveningmare such as mine!!!!

This store has decent selection, and good prices on sale items, but it requires a grocery card, which is invasive to me, and non-sale items are highly priced. It's good for the couple-of-item trips, but not for full groceries on a budget.
