Kunkels Seafood & Steak House

Kunkels is great place to sit down and dine with family or friends. The cuisine is excellent for a cozy little restaurant. The staff was very friendly and offered help in choosing the right dish.

I liked my dinner at Kunkels. The steak was very good and so were the seafood dishes. The servers were very punctual and friendly.The parking is not the best, but the food is worth the trip.

Kunkels is a little jewel sitting in an unassuming alcove off a busy street. We've been there several times and it has never disappointed. Well appointed inside - not flashy, but classy, the food is really the star. The steaks are perfect, and their pasta dishes are wonderful (try the hunters parpadelle for a treat.) But the star is an appetizer: the spicy calimari. Different, yes. Delicious, YES. Give Kunkels a try and you'll find yourself going back again and again.

I was very disappointed with my crusted talapia last Friday night. My husband had a steak and he said it was just OK, not delicious.We had eaten there when they first opened and the food was GREAT. We choose not to go back until now because we felt the prices were too high. Now I have no desire to go back. The food was not served hot enough either. With all the competition you would think restaurants would try harder to please.
