I've been a long time customer of MusicToyz.com and have always held them in high esteem. However, at this point, I can no longer say I hold them in any esteem, and must warn anyone ordering online who wishes to either return an item or cancel an order, it will be a fight to get a refund.

I placed two orders with them, one which I opted to return, and one which I opted to cancel prior to them even shipping it. The return, shipped via FedEx was received and signed for, and I never heard a word from them about it, nor have I seen a refund.

The canceled item, I received a response to my request for, with a promise of a refund as well as a promise that they would "investigate" the returned item. Since then, it has been close to 3 weeks and despite repeated messages to them, I've heard absolutely nothing back. In short, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Promises made, and nothing delivered. I've now taken the next step of disputing the charges, as well as contacting the BBB and Maine attorney general.

Great products, great prices, but terrible service. So if you order, I hope you don't have to deal with them. Go to Prymaxe Vintage or ProGuitarShop.com. Awesome people and the same products.
