What a terrible mess they left our house in, yet were happy to run with the $13,000 check for foundation repair. We never had water in our basement until they "fixed" a settlement problem, and we had a flooded basement the next day because the forgot to cover the 8 foot holes around the foundation. Told us it was our fault for not reading the disclaimer that they are not responsible for the weather. We had asked since there was 100% chance of rain and were told it would be no problem.
The backhoe tore up our lawn horribly, since it was used on the muddiest day, and they did not replace properly the deck and fence they removed to work on the settlement issue.
Horrible customer service, and BBB won't accept a complaint because the CEO is the poster child for the BBB.
Use another company, in our opinion and terrible experience.
When we had water in our basement we called several companies. Dry Basement gave a very competitive bid, but suggested we fix a small leak and then wait and see if we have more problems. We did not have any more problems and appreciated their honesty.

i spent a small fortune with dry basement to have a dry basement but every dime was worth it! i had my doubts about it. i couldnt see where the water was coming from but i could see that it was coming in. somehow they found the leak and fixed it. they also hooked me up with a better sump pump that looks much nicer and works better. if your basement is leaking run don't walk to dry basement! :)
Pros: reliable honest fast
Cons: costs a lot ;)
One of our customers sent this letter: "An explosion in the South Kansas City area in the 1980's caused years of foundation problems including leaning walls and a leaky basement. I did my homework on companies to do the foundation work, and you were my choice because you had and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and over 34 years of experience in the metro area! If I had to do this all over again, I would choose Dry Basement again, absolutely hands down!"
