        This Is My 3rd Honda To Own. I Have Taken The Other Hondas To A Different Place To Be Worked On But Most Of The Time They Were Not Fixed Correctly. One Of The Reason I Bought The Honda Was That They Are Very Realiable And That I Knew That The Dealership Could Fix It. Usually I Can Drop The Car Off And Have Someone Pick Me Up And The Car Can Be Repaired While I Am At Work. It Is Usually Ready When I Get Off. Which Makes It Nice Since I Live At Lexington And Its Not Always Easy To Find A Ride Back To Norman. Will Say That The Service Employees Always Seems Nice And Polite No Matter How Many Customers They Have Waiting To Set Help. The Waiting Room Is Always Clean.

        I appreciate the fact that they don't put pressure on my wife to make suggested repairs when she brings the vehicle in. We like having the inspection, but don't like having dealerships that make her feel like she has to make repairs that are I don't feel needed.On her last vehicle, she felt she was pressured into having the fuel injectors cleaned when she was in for an oil change and the car was running great and getting excellent fuel mileage. Very good job this time as always.

We drove many cars in our search for a car this time, but one thing sold us on purchasing another Honda, Mike Mullins in the service department. He has been servicing our car now for several years and as John says ""always takes care of us."" I just wanted you to know that having a great product is only part of the equation to your success, for us, specifically Mike (and the service team) were the deciding factor.
