My twins started preK and Little Lambs here this year. THEY LOVE IT! Within 5 weeks, my daughter was writing her name. They literally run away from me to go into school, smiling and excited; and they are happy at the end of the day when I pick them up. They have made many friends and learned a lot, and are excited the whole way. I've met many other parents who have had their children here, under the new director and preK teacher, and all of us like it. (Anyone who is turned off by prior experiences of a few years ago should return for a totally different experience.)

My daughter has attended Little Lambs Day Care since October of 2007. They have hired a new Director as of, I think, the summer of 2007. She is wonderful and attentive, bringing to the table a strong background in early childhood education. My 3 year old has come home every day excited about what she has learned. Within her first week, she had learned how to write her name. We have had difficulties in potty training and the staff has worked with us diligently to come up with a solution. Her teachers are caring and supportive. They are making updates to the classrooms all the way down to the paint. Even through financial difficulties, the office has been supportive and flexible with us. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this caring and nurturing environment into which we have placed our daughter. If you have had a previous experience with this daycare/preschool, I highly recommend giving them another chance. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter attended for almost a year. Every day they had complaints of how "bad" my child was, and they'd put her in timeout for hours at a time. When I switched her to the next daycare, it was the complete opposite and my child didn't change! They would not address any complaints I had. I finally sent a letter to the Rev. in charge of the church/daycare that I wanted my concerns addressed and he would not return my phone calls. One time my husband was late picking up my daughter because he was dealing with a snowstorm. In his rush and panic, he forgot to sign her out, so they added on an extra 20 minutes, at $2/min, even though my baby's childcare lady agreed that the next child was picked up 20 minutes after they said my husband came for the older child. I tried to compromise with the time, but they would not consider anything less than a $120 late fee in an unpredicted winter blizzard. Made me regret the financial contribution I made for the church roof! Other parent's had similar complaints with the child care workers. It was all young workers without a good director (out sick on medical leave for part of the time). My child felt much more loved and happy at the next place, even though that wasn't a church daycare.
