Douglas was very prompt when an appointment was set up. He was very nice and very professional and presented himself as a honest person. He gave me a quote for 3 different furnaces and was not pushy about what furnace to purchase. They came and installed the furnace on time and were very clean after the installed the furnace. His office staff was pleasant and very helpful with any questions you had. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

I brought them in to quote a furnace replacement when my regular contractor determined there was a crack in the heat exchanger. They re-inspected the furnace and to my surprise indicated that the previously determined problem did not exist. Other than the furnace being old it was in working order. Based on this experience and the fact they sold Bryant furnaces I decided to move forward with replacing the furnace with something new and efficient. The pricing was also very good.

Although the contracted electrician did not show on Thursday 6/30/05 when the furnace and air conditioning was installed, Burkhardt did an excellant job in finnding another electrical contractor within 24 hours in to complete the job the next day and before the 4th of July weekend. Just in time for the hot weather.

Doug's crew did a fantastic job installing our furnace. The price was very competitive and Doug went out of his way to help us keep the project in budget. I would recommend Burkhardt's to others.

Utilized compressed air to clean out the ducts instead of brush. Brush may have worked better to remove materials stuck to ducts. The use of compressed air is why the cost was lower than other companies.

They initially installed the wrong unit but replaced it with the quoted one without any problem. They appeared to do a good job. Hasn't been hot enough to turn the unit on yet.
