Mediterranean Grill

I've eaten at the Med. Grill many times and have had great food each and every time. It is NOT Americanized food, so don't eat there if you want that

I have eaten at the Mediterranean Grill over a dozen times since moving to Avon 2 years ago. Their food is uniformly fabulous, nothing on the menu could be considered anything less than magnificent, and you have made a terrible mistake if you didn't save room for dessert!

The staff is friendly, and appreciative of the support you give their establishment. On our second visit, the chef/owner came to our table to thank us for coming, and has done so every time since, usually chatting about cooking or auto racing.

Unpretentious and extraordinary!

Wow, a reviewer doesn't like the ethnic food because it's not 'Americanized?' Why not just go to Applebee's then, or some other loser chain? This is a great meal! You don't have to expand your palate much to appreciate meat on a stick, and the kabobs are so nice! I've been here many times, and liked every dish I've tried. The family that runs this place is very friendly. They claim to have the best hummus in the state, and, after tasting it, I believe them.

While the meal that I ordered was satisfactory, it was not extraordinary. My companion joining me this day, did not enjoy any item on the menu, as it is not "Americanized." But if you like gyros, the gyro I had is as good as any I have tried anywhere.
