Can BEWARE please send me an email and let me know where he tracked Keepsake Furniture Resotration, Inc. down at? I've been trying to do the same for the past 2 years and the number is discnnected, the address is not valid and they have my great-grandmother's vanity with very similar situation. I called to ask them about it after tracking them down in 2008 and they were supposed to call me back and then the number was disconnected. They never called to let me know they were going out of business or moving and they still have my vanity!

I use this place to restore my great grandmother's old steamer trunk. I was promised the trunk completed in 4 months with quality work. This is not what I got. I had to keep on top of these people to even work on my trunk. A year after they had it, they closed the location where I left the trunk and never called me. I had to track them down. I got excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't finished. Finally 2 years later, I have my trunk back, somewhat restored. The metal and leather on the outside of the trunk and the wood on the inside look great. The tin covering the outside of the trunk was not repaired as they told me it would be. Then they tried to charge me almost $200.00 over the original estimate. They did, however, agree to take the original amount agreed upon, but I felt they should have taken much less considering the circumstances.
