Imperial Auto Body

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I paid and left I had nothing but a GREAT experience with them. I had quotes from 6 other shops in the area and Royal provided the lowest out of all of them by a lot. At first I was worried that the quality would be poor or that the quote would change after i drop off my car. None of the above happened. The paint quality was top notch, it was like the accident never even happened. The price paid was exactly what was quoted. Very fast with their work as well got my car a day ahead of the quoted schedule as well. Definitely coming back to them for any body work/paint. Highly recommended :)

This was my second experience with Imperial Auto Body. They deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service that exceeded my expectations! Imperial worked with my dealership to pick up my vehicle, deliver it back when repairs were complete and placed my total bill on account at the dealer. My baby looks perfect!

When i walked in, the office was so warm and inviting that i just fell in love with such a warm bodyshop. They have a huge , anbeuitful saltwater fish aquarium, plasma HD TV's for me to watch while i waited for my rental car, and i can even watch the repairs through a privacy glass that the workers inside couldnt see me through. Words cant describe this bodyshop. What i remember is bodyshops that i have to climb over parts andcars to get into a office, and the gas smell everywhere. The staff was confident, and handled my car perfect. They changed myback bumper, and when i got the carback, it was detailed, hand wash, vacum. FOR FREE. i loved it!!!

When I walked into Imperial I had to stop and ask myself is this really a body shop. When you enter this shop you would not think it is a Auto Body Shop, there is this beautiful sitting area along with this beautiful fish tank and flat screen television to watch while you await your repairs. I am used to Auto Body shops being so grimmy and having the smell of paint this shop had none of the above. Let me not forget to mention the customer service is WONDERFUL. I would recommend this shop to anybody that wants good quality service. I took my car there on Thursday and my car was complete by Saturday morning. Thanks a million Raffi and Anthony your shop is the best......

IMPERIAL AUTO BODY IN ROCKVILLE WAS INTRODUCED TO ME THROUGH THEIR WEBPAGE IMPERIALAB.COM. THE SIMPLE FACT THAT YOU CAN REQUEST TO VIEW YOUR VEHICLE ONLINE THROUGH THE RE[PAIR PROCESS CAUGHT MY EYE. ONCE I SETUP MY APPOINTMENT, I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE THAT ROOM WAS JUST GLOWING. THEY HAVE JUST THAT AMAZING FEELING YOU GET THAT YOU ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF CHAMPIONS. THE OWNER JUST TREATED ME WITH SUCH CLASS AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. MY CAR LOOKED LIKE THE DAY I PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALER. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS BECAUSE THE HAVE SET THE BAR FOR THE COLLISION REPAIR INDUSTRY.

PROS: EVERYTHING CAME OUT PERFECT. LIFE TIME WARRANTY
CONS: THEY HAVENT RECIEVED THEIR FLAVIA MACHINE YET

I once had a dent in my car that I never thought could be fully repaired. A friend of mine told me about Imperial and I went immediately. The manager was the main person there and he was very confident that the dent could be taken care of completely. And true to his words there was no trace of the dent! They always give me great deals and its worth driving so far to get the car fixed.
